Moving straps
This product was amazing. I used it with a friend to move a hot tub and it distributed the weight very evenly and made it much easier to maneuver and move.

Works way better than the Forearm Forklift!
First and foremost this product does not change how much weight you will have to lift! Their is no added mechanical advantage when using this product. The weight of the lifted object will be evenly distributed between the two lifters EXCEPT when both lifters are not at the same level (ie stairs). While lifting objects up and down stairs the person on the higher step will most likely have to bear most of the load unless the bottom person uses their hands. That being said, I would still highly recommend this product because it helps anyone (from the guy who has never deadlifted to the body builder of the year) to keep good lifting form throughout the entire move. All the weight is placed on your shoulders close to your body so you can lift using only your legs while keeping your back in a neutral isotonic non-jerking position. An added bonus is that your hands are left free from carrying the load so you can control the object with ease using both arms. You cannot do this with the Forearm Forklift! Also a good thing to know is make sure that the strap is placed as close to the center as you can so your object doesn't tip over when you lift up for the first time. This product is especially nice to use while carrying awkward and heavy objects that don't have good spots to grip at waist height (ie refrigerator, dressers, recliner couches ect).

Use on level surfaces, carry products manually up stairs
Initially the product worked like a dream, was able to move most of our heavy furniture with ease. For dressers and nightstands we didn't even remove the drawers and was able to get them out of the house down a windy staircase while using. That alone deserves the four stars I gave the product. The issues we had were pending the piece and incline of the floor we has to basically sit on the floor to be able to navigate. If going up a high incline of stairs the furniture would tilt to one side and put all of the weight of one person. We then had to have the person with all the weight struggle to hold the piece while the opposite person adjusted their strap tighter. Just make sure whatever you're lifting isn't too heavy that one person can't handle alone for a few seconds otherwise you may be in for serious injury. Throughout the move we did find the straps would sometimes give and we had to readdress the harness and strap alignment. This product would be best utilized on level surfaces, stairs are an issue but walking on a level surface is a dream.

Much More Stable than Expected
Even though the load is supported by a single strap, it is incredibly stable. The material is strong and durable. Moved a seven foot sofa with my 5’4” wife without a problem (although it definitely maxed out the strap’s length). I’m 6’ regular build with broad shoulders and about 225 lbs (mainly muscle, of course 🤔)…the harness is a little tight to put on, but fits well after getting it over my shoulders. Used it to carry furniture up a set of stairs, and to move a refrigerator. This set is a nice compliment to the forearm straps which I still have, like and use (but which, compared to this one, lack the strap length to carry larger items). Adjusting the strap length is straight-forward (position it under the load, squat then pull end to take up any extra slack before standing up) and makes it more versatile.

Strap too short!
Moving strap too short for anything longer than a small loveseat. They claim it can lift furniture that's up to 10' long but the strap is only 12'. That means that you have to be wearing the harness less that a foot off the ground on each side, THAT'S NOT PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE! I had to find a longer polypropylene strap on line (you can find companies that sell it by the yard) . The harnesses not made to easily fit the average American male but is manageable. I'm 5'10" 240 pounds and it was a little bit of a squeeze to get into/out of, but usable when on. Nice product but needs to be updated to handle American sized people and furniture.

So glad I got this
Really helps you carry heavy furniture. Rather than all the weight resting on my fingers and pulling down my little noodle arms, I’m lifting with my legs and the weight is distributed evenly across my center of gravity. Straps are comfortable and easy to use! Even worked carrying weirdly balanced things like this standing desk ! Squatting down and bringing your body close to the floor while you tighten your straps helps get the best result.
