Love this product. Its cool, it looks nice, it's practical, good quality, easy to assemble (took me about an hour on my own to put 95% of it together, then needed some help just to attach it to the wall). Lower than I expected, I.e. it works well with normal height chairs instead of breakfast bar stools. Clasp is sturdy so all holds together well when "folded". It's also big enough to seat about 3 people (informally) - if you all just have a plate and a glass)Only criticism is that the magnet at the back of the blackboard that holds it to the main body when it's folded, is rubbish and doesn't actually hold. However.. its not actually needed so it's not an issue.

Value for money . Put it in garden bar . Ideal does the job and space saving . Relatively easy to assemble

I love this desk (not as much as my daughter does though). It took about an hour to assemble - 2 people needed, but the instructions were easy to follow.It’s really sturdy and looks great and I love the blackboard. I can write reminders on it for school stuff, or just little notes for my daughter.I love all the little shelves inside for easy storage of pencils, paper etc.It’s easy to take down and put away again.My only criticism is, the magnets that keep it closed aren’t very strong and so the blackboard kept coming open. We had to order a couple of additional ones to stick on which now keep it firmly closed.I would definitely recommend, especially for anyone short of space in a room

Takes a little while to put together, but instructions are clear and all pieces are labelled. Great table for small spaces and fits on the wall with ease. Chalkboard is great for writing list or for children to use.Arrived a few days before delivery estimate and they sent via trackable delivery which is great.Would definitely recommend the product.

We've always had the kids drawing on the dining table and it was covered in stains etc. Got too much for me so over the weekend I refilled the inlays, sanded and re-oiled it, looks brand new. I suddenly realised there was no way I was going to stop them ruining all that hard work after a couple of days so I had to find a solution, quick!!Bought this Monday evening, arrived late Tuesday morning, on the wall by mid afternoon.I didn't use the wall plugs that came with the unit as they honestly didn't look strong enough for the weight of this thing plus all the kids art supplies, but other than that this is a really quality bit of furniture! Very solid parts and really secure when all put together.I was a bit worried the table top would end up bowing after leaning on it for an hour of drawing but its actually really solid and thick and I don't see this being an issue at all. I really think this is a bargain for the price.

This product is great but you definitely need to people to assemble, and the instructions are actually not that easy to understand. The Homcom desk is sturdy and has good amount of storage.It has too many pieces to put together, but all in all the desk is good.Thanks

The storage is great, and generally it looks great once on the wall, only bad points is the bracket hinges, these are very loose so tend to move so desk doesn't fold it properly, the magnets aren't very strong so doesn't hold the desk in place once folded. Bought some others, extra strong and works a treat, desk is now perfect. Takes awhile to assemble and be careful not to mix up screws, bags are labelled which is good until you empty a few and get them. Mixed up, ended up using a slightly longer screw on the desk top and it's popped the back out slightly.
