I recommend it to everyone trying to learn spanish
this is so far the best book I've bought for spanish, I'm trying to learn in a little time since I study and work and have little free time but learning another growing language is a good idea, and this book will help with forming sentences and to know what the natives use, unlike books that are into the very formal way, this one has formal and informal, and its very organized, small in size.

Great textbook for classroom
I'm using this book to teach Spanish to adults. This text book is very helpful to practice conversation. It doesn't have the phonic writing to explain how to pronounce if you were self thought. Its very good for a class or one on one teaching.

Ok but repetitive and not ideal for complete beginners
Focus is on everyday verbs and phrases which you need for conversation. Plenty of examples use idiomatic verb forms, which a beginner, translating english to spanish, wouldn't arrive at. The biggest disappointment is that each chapter tends to repeat verbs and phrases already given, , but in a different context. Ok for beginners maybe, but if you are beyond beginner level you'll get less and less out of the book the further you read into it.The Kindle version is particularly good because I could click down on particular words if I wanted to dip deeper, e.g into grammar, and click back to right where i left off.And memorising stock phrases won't be much help us unless we have some general grasp of vocabulary, and of pronunciation, because we won't have a clue when we get an answer to our stock phrase. My recommendation for beginners is "Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish" by Margarita Madrigal. Simply the best Spanish learning aid out there. (Written a 100 years ago, Madrigal's method has been shamelessly copied in several expensive audio and online courses - without any acknowledgement to the creator as far as I can tell.)Before you buy this book, worth checking if you already own a tombstone Collins Spanish Dictionary. You might find it contains a middle section where most of the material in this book is already presented.

Cute little book for bringing out
Such a cute little book! It looks really handy I love it ๐ the only issue is with the crease on the cover which probably happened during the delivery process but that is fine. I still love my book.

Very useful
What every beginner needs! Very useful phrases that will stop you from translating phrases and actually using what native Spanish speakers actually say in a range of situations.
