Really helpful at times of cold and cough. Most helpful when taken early during symptoms. Recommended to have it with lukewarm water. It was not available across my area so got it online.

Taste is not bad as it is not too sugary. Good with digestion as it did not give any feeling of bloated and cramp in stomach. I say it also worth the money as it helps my cough go away maybe because of quality ingredients they use on it.
