It helps me stay calm or energized. The great thing about this product is that you can mix the different oils in it so you open up the pendant and inside of the glass ball on the right-hand side you’ll see a tiny hole and you’re also see there’s like a little syringe whatever oils you want you put in that little syringe and then on the wall on the side you’ll see a little opening and that’s where the needle tip goes and then you just fill it up the ball that’s inside you just put it all the way up with whatever oils you want. I also like this because it doesn’t look like A medical you know treatment doesn’t make you stand out and I really appreciate that I like to feel normal to some times so this bracelet definitely helps with that. Their customer service is also unbelievably wonderful ### ⭐⭐⭐ Does not diffuse as well as diffuser necklaces with felt pads. *by D***E on June 18, 2018* It is a pretty necklace and I figured out how to add the oils pretty quickly. However, the dropper that came with mine did not work well to pull oils out of their bottles to drop them into the diffuser. After many attempts, I was able to get a few drops of oils into the diffuser. However, I could not smell the oils unless I put the diffuser directly under my nose and then only for an hour or two at most. I am using very expensive essential oils (Young Living), so that can't be the problem. I had hoped to be able to smell them just by having hanging around my neck. I have only worn it two or three times, so I don't know how well it will hold up.
