My 8-year-old son used this Under Armour mouthpiece for an entire flag football season, and it held up remarkably well. It is incredibly durable—as you can see in the photos, it still looks almost brand new even after a full season of heavy use! Finding gear that actually fits younger kids can be tough, but this fit his mouth perfectly without any issues. We were also thrilled to find a color option that matched his team colors completely. Good quality and price. I end up buy a few for each of my boys every football season. They don’t tend to last all season, but 2-3 usually get one of them through. They seem to think these are easy for them to breathe in and have been okay for them to use with top and bottom braces in the past. Not super cool designs, but at least functional.

The material feels heavy-duty but flexible enough that it doesn't chafe or irritate the inside of his mouth during extended use.It comes with a standard helmet strap that attaches easily and keeps him from dropping it in the dirt between plays. If you have a youth player who hates the traditional bite and mold mouth guards or needs extra lip protection, this is an excellent, hassle free option.

Eight-year-old child uses for both soccer and taekwondo sparring. It worked well, go to mouthpiece. For Comfort. Started wearing it in soccer. Unfortunately there is a growing need to wear it in soccer due to the change in culture of play. When your child is good, they get targeted by the other team. Highly recommend this type of mouthguard for soccer. It is durable, did not have to mold it in anyway, no issues with taste, fit well in the mouth protected the teeth well. The cost was the value for the money.

The mouthpiece itself is comfortable, sturdy, and is not difficult to breath with. You will not be able to talk with it in so do not use this if you are a QB or any other position that needs to communicate verbally. The problem is with the tether, it’s awful and split in half almost immediately. There’s no way to buy an extra tether so you have to purchase another mouth guard. I’d spend a few dollars for a pack of white zip ties.
