Maymom Tubing for Medela Lactina, Symphony and Pump in Style Breast Pumps

Works with Mandela symphony

Bought for my symphony pump that I rent monthly. I don't clean the tubing and just buy new every couple of months. My tubing always gets some milk in it and over time it stains the tubing regardless of whether I wash it or not. This tubing fit my symphony pump fine and the suction was great. The connectors look slightly different than the medela ones. Glad I tried it so I can save a little money on pump parts. I do think these are a tad shorter than the medela ones but hardly noticable.

As an exclusive pumper, this is my go-to tubing. I wouldn't use anything else. It is a Medela product but I use it with my Hygeia Enjoye pump. I also use it with my Ameda Purely Yours pump because the tubing and flange system for that pump is too complex. I just want to be able to use the pump and clean the parts as quickly and efficiently as possible. And the Medela tubing and parts allow me to do just that. If you are using this tubing for the Ameda, you will need to modify (cut off) the yellow connectors so it fits on the pump. Just a warning, I have had a problem with the Ameda pump sucking moisture and even milk into the tubing. Never had this problem with the Hygeia Enjoye. Don't have enough experience with the Medela pumps to comment on that aspect because I rented that pump for only a month from the hospital.

Matches original tubing perfectly. Our original ones got us through 3 kids, but now show a bit of mold in them. It is not a big deal since the breast milk never touches the tubing part, just my own obsessiveness of having them clean. The original warranty only covers free replacements during the 1st year. Boiling them in water for 10 minutes (as suggested by the manufacturer) made them sterile, but doesn't get rid of the mold marks. Long story short...if you need them, these are great; if you have them but are afraid that the dirt will get your kid sick, then stop worrying (the only thing that goes through the tubing is air and sometimes moisture) but that goes to the motor, not the bottle.

They are good. But dont fit perfectly inside the Medela brand flanges. Have to use tape around the end of tubing to fit securely and get a good suction. They work great with Maymom brand flanges (Medela replacements).

Works for medela symphony

The tubing worked well with my medela symphony parts. There is some condensation that occurs but I believe that happened with my original pair anyway and leaving the pump on for a couple minutes after use helps get rid of this. Love that it got here quick and haven’t had any issues with it.

An off brand that works well, cheaper than brand name and much easier to source. Amazon consistently has these in stock. The brand name is difficult to find in stores and it's impossible to find an alternative. Compatible with the Medela Symphony Electric breast pump. Which is usually what is available for rent. Highly recommend

The adapters are just about the same size but the one is tapered a bit and the other is straight. If you aren't sure which one fits this is a good choice as for the extra money a lot less hassle but maybe you can connect hoses together to get away from the vacuum machine more. My machine is hospital grade and mostly home made. The vacuum hose connectors are 4 mm in size so ordering a new hose is not an issue, as that is also available.

OEM tubes eventually got too dirty so I bought these to replace them. Works good for the price and no complaints or issues with the tube coming off.

Exactly the same as the tubing made by medela but much cheaper. Worth it. Don't waste your money getting brand name tubing.
