As someone that has a little trouble…they work but make sure you are drinking plenty of water of water!

I love this product! Been taking on and off for probably a year at this point. A staple in my wellness routine and great after a heavy meal.These have a slight minty flavor but go down easily. Do not wait to purchase!

Been using this product for almost a month. I think it works as advertised for me. As always, the results of the product depend entirely on the user. If you take it consistently twice a day as directed and put the right things in your body, it will work great. As for me, I take it usually at breakfast and dinner time, and I like to combine it with a pre- and probiotic gummy, dandelion root pills, and plenty of water, green tea, and/or cranberry juice juice ingested throughout my day. And it goes without saying to also eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and things low in salt and sugar. That's really the only way this pill will work. If you rely on the pill doing all the work itself without doing the right things to aid it along, I don't think it will work as well. Really helps to cleanse me out, stay regular, and takes a lot of extra fluid off my body. I would recommend it.

I’ve been using the Daily Cleanse from RAE for almost a year now. I personally love it, especially when Aunt Flow makes her arrival. If I skip taking this supplement for a while, I can definitely tell. When you first go back onto it or start it, don’t be surprised if you have some not so good BM’s at the beginning and maybe sometimes throughout taking it too. I think it just depends on what your putting into your body. When this has been in your system, I feel like for me it kind of makes for a more pleasant bowel movement and solidifies them a bit more as time goes on…leaving you with the perfect poo. I can’t make this up and I don’t know how else to describe it. Overall, I feel more regulated in the bowels and especially on my period since things get a little discombobulated around that time. 3/3/24 EDITI have changed my review to 1 star. Attempted to order directly from Rae 3 weeks ago. Money came out of my account but product never shipped. Sent 2 emails to customer service with no response. I will be reporting them.I first bought these from Target with low expectations. The product itself had quickly exceeded those expectations. It keeps me regular, and my skin is less prone to monthly breakouts. I didn't loose weight, but I felt less bloated. I don't mind the minty taste. After a few months I decided to set up a subscription on Amazon. Twice in 4 months this item has been unavailable. I think it is an issue with the supplier because Target is also out of them. It's a shame because it is a good product, but the availability is so inconsistent I've had to switch to another brand.

You can feel it doing something… in the since that I immediately starting getting crazy night sweats and when I forget to take it I don’t. Woke up in a pool of water so if you’re taking maybe up your water intake as well
