How do you calibrate the gauge if it is not at 0? I also can't find any product information or user manual on gurinproducts.com?

Mine came with a little metal key. If you take the tube off the sphygmomanometer, you can stick the key in the hole on the bottom. That should reset and calibrate it.

Why does it not have a stethoscope?

It is a basic medical instrument. They don’t make the stethoscope They have two different functions

Does this have a gauge holder?

Yes on the cuff but it’s easier for you to read the gauge off the cuff
