I’m very happy that I decided to buy this product. The quality is great and I love the fact that it comes with grommets because I was able to use zip ties to hold it down. I also like the rods that came with this cover. It’s an added weight to keep the cover from flying in the wind. The color seems different in both of my photos due to the fact that one picture was taken from my camera system and one picture was taken with my phone.

We have a screened in pool deck and lanai. Where our dining tabel it gets east to west all day sun and the table gets unbearable to touch in heat of the day. We added 6 aluminum bars to the frame in this area and purchased this shade so that we can pull down on one side in the morining and pull down on the other in the evening for shade. It does just what we hoped it would. It was nice to be able to order the exact length and width we were looking for. The bars work well and keep it from moving when in position without any other restraints. They do sway a bit in the wind but that is not a problem for us. It lets enough air through it's not a balloon, and it allows water to pass through so it doesn't pull down in center during heavy rains. Also, it's easy to remove for hurricanes or really severe storms. It is just what we were hoping for. We can sit out there in the heat of the day and not cook and the table is not too hot to touch.My only negative comment is that the sides curl under the way my husband put it up and we need to flip it over so they fall down.

I bought this for the price, size and grommet holes. I was able to secure it to my pergola with elastics or you could use velcro ties. It comes with bars for the ends but I don’t use mine since the ends on mine fall at waist height. People run into the bars and hurt themselves. I wouldn’t use the bars unless the whole side was covered by the fabric.Although the grommets and price were right, the fabric seems flimsy and almost crumbly. It does allow airflow. I looked at some of the grommets and they look like they might be easily ripped in high winds. It would surprise me if this lasts a whole summer outside.There is no odor but after at least a month installed on my pergola in the rain and hot sun it still has the original fold marks from shipping. There are also a few spots with black marks that are permanent. Overall a decent pergola cover. At this price I can replace every season or 2.

This is a nice product! The construction is better than I thought it would be. And the size was perfect.

I was very hesitant to put this over my pergola because we have storms but so far it's held up. I tie strapped it to my pergola being careful not to overstretch the fabric. I wanted to leave some play to let the wind and air pass through. WHAT A DIFFERENCE with it blocking out the sun.I really feels like there is an actual roof. When it rains, it does leak through but it also dries really fast. For the price, it's a no-brainer. you could always take it down if you wanted to. Glad I chose this option because putting an actual roof on it cost more than the pergola. Get one now! The only thing I wished is that I got a longer one, but it's ok. I'll survive.

So far so good. It's a bit smaller than the original cover. It seems lighter but more durable if that makes sense. There's no ties which is good because mine always broke on the old one. I have this secured using the grommets with bungee cords. I also weaved it in and out of the bars at the top of the pergola. It has withstood some early storms with 60mph wind gusts, so much better than the original one the pergola came with. For the price I'm happy with the purchase.Came back to review after a hot summer and a few storms. This thing hasn't moved. Again I used bungee cords at the end and weaved it at the top thru the bars. Definitely would recommend.
