I've been purchasing the BTF-LIGHTING RGBW SK6812 LED strips for various projects and I must say, they never disappoint. The pixel density is fantastic, allowing for detailed color displays, and the brightness level of the strip is just stellar. Over the time, I've bought at least 50 of these strips, and the consistency in quality keeps me coming back for more. What stands out is the quality of LEDs. They have proved to be reliable and defect-free, which is crucial for the lighting projects I work on. The individual addressability of the LEDs is a feature that I appreciate a lot, it allows for a myriad of color combinations and animations, making my projects look lively and captivating. The energy efficiency when lighting up a single pure white light is a thoughtful feature, especially in scenarios where I want to manage power consumption while maintaining bright illumination. The chainable design is convenient for extending or customizing the length of the strip to fit specific project requirements. This LED strip has become a go-to for me, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone in need of high-quality, reliable, and vibrant lighting solutions.

Item was clearly substituted with another smaller item that has several inches fewer. Either that or the product description is entirely innacurate. The product that arrived was labeled as being about 3" shorter than the product listing, and the actual length is marginally shorter than that. Its *almost* correct, but still incorrect.

Very nice colors, nice and bright, VERY dense pixel count, just be aware it's not the standard 10mm width, it's 12mm, I had to 3D print new mounts for these.

I ordered these LED lights with 144 LEDs, in a 1 meter strip. My application was for a car stereo project, so I also ordered a SP107E Bluetooth music adapter. My car would supply 12v power, so I finished the order with a TOBSUN EA50-5V DC-DC converter. Testing the LED strip with the music adapter, it felt a little warm to the touch at maximum brightness. This was about 130°F. At 5V the LED strip was drawing about 7 Amps from my bench power supply. I'll likely connect this to a 12V 5A fuse in the car when I wire it all together. The LEDs worked really well, but there was no instructions. A printed label on the package is all you get for wiring inspection. Connecting the LEDs to an application was a little confusing, so I added a screen shot of what I guessed to be the correct settings. Prior to the settings I had a confusing time trying to set colors. I've only had these for an hour on a test bench, but I have no complaints. They worked, were very bright at max power, and withstood a few tests that helped me confirm their quality with no dead LEDs. If anything alarming should happen I'll update this review. But for now I can recommend them if you're in the market for something like this.

This was a pretty disappointing experience. The LED strip was dead out of the package, with only one LED diode lighting up when connected to power. I paid extra for a brand with fast shipping and now I'm stuck with a $30 pile of trash.

when lighting up red green and blue to max I should get something close to white. This is not the case. I get an extremely blue white. Not as bright as I thought it would be. especially considering the current draw! **WARNING** It takes 4 and a half seconds to update even a single pixel in a 2 meter long string (288 pixels). it takes 4 milliseconds to send the color data to a single LED. 288 pixels and each pixel has 4 LEDs. 288 * 4 = 1152 LEDs. 1152 LEDs * 4 milliseconds = 4608 milliseconds (4.608 seconds)

Better buy 12v or 24v led strip
