I’ve been taking these only for a couple of days so about 4 days and have noticed a massive difference just after the first dose! I took two tablets that evening the day it arrived and woke up the next morning feeling a massive difference when using the toilet. I suffer with uti/yeast/ infection symptoms often and when my period ends they become worse this seems like it’s doing the right thing!
