For sleep quality, this is number one. It has also improved my mood. I love the texture, and it is nutritious. I did not know it was good for pain, but I did notice that I usually have a pain in my hand, and whenever I took it, the pain stopped, but I did not know it was a pain reliever. Evening Primrose is a quality product, especially for menopausal women.

I take this mainly for my hair because it has all the B vitamins. I went to a conference and this Hispanic lady was stating she takes B-12, Folic Acid 400 and Evening Primrose Oil 500 for everything. She started taking this when she was4 47 yrs, today she 68 yrs old. Her hair does not fall out, no menopause, aches or pains, No Blood pressure pill, no night sweats etc... Nothing. My hair has been falling out ever since I had my hysterectomy 18 yrs ago. I am Black; hair is shoulder length, dry and brittle. So 4 weeks now…. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely repurchase. If I had to mention one small downside, it’s that you need to take three soft gels per day to get the full serving, which can feel like a lot if you already take other supplements. But for the price and quality, it’s totally worth it.

So very happy i found this size tabs of Evening Primrose. For years i have been struggling to swallow 1200 mg tabs of Evening Primrose as recommended by my OBGYN after a hysterectomy. They made me gag…. As i have always have had trouble swallowing larger pills (even with applause). These 500 mgs are SO much easier to get down. I just take 2 or 3 now daily with food and am feeling much better that i’m taking these tabs for better women’s health.

Purchased for a family member going through menopause (not myself), so this is just a confirmation that fulfillment was smooth & without issues, and the product did not arrive with any obvious issues.

Ok, this is going to get a little TMI here, so be warned. January this year, I got my Mirena inserted and from there, my sex drive took a dip and I didn't care much for being intimate with my partner. I come to find that with IUDs your libido goes down and it causes other problems with your ladyparts, one of them being dryness due to lack of estrogen. I mean, I could get "excited" but not much output like I used to, if you catch my drift. Out of frustration, I started looking for natural remedies to give me a boost, and I heard about evening primrose oil. So okay, I tacked this onto my order and when I finally got it, I started using it immediately. Funny, I had a migraine the day I got these and when I took a softgel, the pain subsided, interesting. About a week later, I started feeling 'different' and by that I mean "frisky" more often than not. One thing I heard about this is it improves circulation...my guess is, it had something to do with that? Don't know. Now, I'm saying this worked for me in my department, I can't say it will work for all women in the same situation, as your mileage may vary but I don't see the harm in trying.
