I used this to make a gelatin heart, it's pretty thick plastic and it handles heat well. If you are asking if it will warp or collapse, no.

I agree with the other answers you see here - about 5" by 3" and about 2.5" - 3" deep. I had to prop it up on a bowl in the fridge in order to get it to mold properly as it is has a rounded bottom (the top of the heart you see in the picture is on the bottom when molding in the fridge). Otherwise it's a pretty cool mold - and I received a LOT of compliments on it. Hope this helps.

When the heart comes out of the mold, is one side flat, or does the heart look accurate from every side?

One side is flat. My grandson was really pleased with the overall aesthetics of this realistic looking gummy heart. The photo is an accurate one.

Can I put no bake cheesecake in the mold and have it come out solid?

I don't know, that may be more of a cheesecake question than a mold question. From my limited experience with no bake cheesecake, I'd say, no. If there's a way to make cheesecake more gelatinous, then maybe...
