Got 2 good year from them.
I am a fan of Cake Boss, and I really like the bags, ordered 12/2/2017. I used them on 225 cookies in 2017, 225 cookies in 2018, and 108 cookies in 2019 until the seam on the large bag burst and I was forced to use the small bag (not as fast as the frosting I use softens with the warmth of my hands). I pipe almond icing onto cookies every Christmas as gifts for colleagues and friends. The frosting is very firm: powdered sugar, coconut oil, almond milk, almond extract, so I needed strong bags. I was very happy with these for 2 seasons of cookies. This year they let me down. The seam on the large bag burst as I was piping. I don't know if it is something that can be fixed or if I need to just find another bag. Looking at the bag, the seam was not even 1/4 of an inch overlapped. Also, the inner bag and the outer linen seam at the same place. I think the bag needs a larger overlap on the seam, maybe 1/2 of an inch. I haven't decided if I will order these again or try another.

Great quality for price, but, has drawbacks
Got this set to start learning how to pipe! However, had to take a few minutes to figure out how to 'install' the coupler to one of the bags. I started with the small one, however, it was SO difficult to use - it just turned into a huge mess and I wasted frosting I made along the way. I eventually just gave up with the small one and used the big one in the set with a big piping tip and it worked so MUCH better. So, the small one is probably not going to be used again really (maybe for TINY detailing) and I'll remember to not put as much in the big one and see if I can tie it well (like someone said, they're pretty stiff). Or, I may even just ditch using these re-usables and use the regular plastic bags for one use or the blue reusable bags. With all of this, though, the price was good - $5. And, the quality is good so it's not all a waste.

Not Quite 50.
These bags are good qualit icing bags, nice and thick with solid closures on the edges. It comes as a huge roll of bags that you rip apart like garbage bags.I was using them as little goodie bags for hot cocoa. The only problem was that there weren't 50 bags, but 48. I must have recounted the bags 5 or 6 times to make sure. Normally I wouldn't care about something like that, but it kinda sucked to run out of bags.

The Bag Pipe Dreams Are Made of...
Two things I've learned in a weekend of cupcake decorating with my daughter. One, get rid of or don't use any reusable piping bag; too much trouble to use and clean up is worth it. Second, when purchasing disposable piping bags, get the 16 in. for all purpose use; you won't regret it. These bags are great. They're thick enough to hold the tip in place without tearing or splitting along the seams. They have just the right amount of flexibility without being to flimsy or too rigid. When you're done, just remove the tip/coupler and toss the bag. Simple.

Great price, not as heavy duty as some I've used in the past.
I use these for preparing a type of Filipino egg roll and we use the bags for the meat stuffing. These bags are not as heavy duty nor as long as the ones I was using before and I even blew out a couple of these. I imagine that if you are using them for pastry icing, you will be fine though. The price is really good though. I will likely not buy more of them as I will return to the ones I used before.

Heavy-duty, high-quality
I honestly didn't expect Cake Boss branded bags to be the best quality, and I only originally bought them because they were cheaper than any other 16-inch bags on here... I was surprised to find that they are actually very thick and strong!Apparently, it's not just a reality show product-line gimmick (like a certain line of sewing products from a popular fashion design competition show...). These are more heavy-duty and just over-all better than even my Wilton 16oz bags. The boxed roll of 50 is also very handy and easy to store in my baking drawer.I would absolutely buy these again!

Great Bags!
For years I dealt with putting together my own bags with the Wilton ones I was given as a gift. I finally had it with those bags and decided to give these a try. They are great! I'm sorry I didn't switch to premade bags earlier. I like the fact that they're on a roll,as it takes up a lot less space than the big box I used to have. They are a good size, as they hold a lot of frosting, batter, etc. I would recommend them.

still trying to perfect the macaron
I do a lot of baking, still trying to perfect the macaron. So I go through a lot of piping bags and I definitely prefer disposable over reusable because you tend to lose some of the batter/icing with silicone reusable piping bags. I normally buy Wilton because that's what usually what most stores carry. It was getting expensing spending $5 for a bag of 12. I paid around $7 for 50ct cake boss piping bags! They also hold more than the 12oz Wilton bags I was purchasing. It comes in a perforated roll, tha
