John Frieda Detox and Repair Shampoo, 8.45 Ounce Shampoo with Nourishing Avocado Oil and Green Tea

I have curly hair. I previously tried the detox shampoo by shea moisture and hated how dry and brittle it left my hair. I was skeptical prior to trying this one, but was pleasantly surprised at how soft and clean my hair felt after using it. It cleansed my scalp and hair extraordinarily well and left it soft and fluffy after drying. It has a soft, pleasant smell which is nice also. I would definitely recommend it to those whom have had bad experiences with other detoxifying shampoos.

Always a good one, figured out there was some at the dollar store for much cheaper (in Canada) … so was disappointed afterwards!

Sad that I can’t get this anymore

I ordered bottles of the shampoo and conditioner and received one bottle and one tube. I chose this vender because I wanted bottles of the products. Disappointed. The product is great. The vender is the problem.

I found this shampoo in Mexico while visiting my best friend... she brought me to her local Walmart. I have been deprived with not using the right shampoo my whole life haha! I can’t seem to find it in my local stores, thanks to amazon I am blessed with amazing feeling hair because of this shampoo!! I refuse to use anything else!!

Bought it with the conditioner which is amazing. Had high hopes however this shampoo isn't as great as the conditioner. Leaves hair quite dry I would say.

We have crazy hard water. This shampoo and conditioner does a great job of preventing and reducing the buildup, keeping our long straight hair clean feeling without being too harsh.
