The boning in the chest help it stay up & if you tie the corset back tight enough then it’ll be good. I’m a DD/E and wore breast tape, but if you’re smaller/perkier cheasted you’d probably be fine. There is a wire support in the chest and it stays up pretty well, but I would recommend fashion tape for extra security.
