Great slot size, browning not even
This looks quite good, slot size is amazing (17cm), only problem is browning was not perfectly even. It is quite powerful though and fast

Great design, efficient toaster.
Beautiful design but operating it is a bit tricky. By that I mean we have really had to work out how to obtain perfect toast and crumpets. However, all is well now and we love our new toaster.

Great buy
Very fast high power toaster. Looks like it should last a lifetime although it's a replacement for a much more expensive Russell Hobbs one that failed after only nine months. Great price too.

Unreliable
Despite being recommended by Which? magazine this new toaster was faulty from the start. Toasted one side but not the other (see photos). Even the toasted side was uneven, burning in one corner before the rest was ready. Worse than the one I threw away! Obviously a defective item - possibly due to inadequate (just the toaster box) packaging which may have damaged the elements. Returning for refund.
