I love this pan. The non stick on it is u believable I can’t believe it’s considered a healthy green pan. Eggs never stick. However be careful to NOT WASH IN DISHWASHER. The nonstick capabilities still work fine, but I’ve noticed a difference because it was amazing before. Had it for about 1 year now and use it every day. Food cooks well and it’s the perfect small size for an egg or two

I am slowly trying to get rid of the teflon cookware and replace it with ceramic coated. I've tried some brands and they were total junk. This Green Pan was HEAVEN!! You put in a little oil or butter and start cooking. Eggs are especially amazing. They just slide right out. Washing out is so easy....just keep it out of the dishwasher. I wish I could find a good pan like this in a 9-inch.....Green Pan, are you listening? UPDATE: I have used this pan under low heat, washed by hand and the non-stick finish is gone. Save your money because this pan has a short useful life!!!

Nothing Sticks. Cleans very easily. Heat is distributed evenly. Good Value

It's great for making my daily eggs, no sticking and super easy to clean with a regular sponge. However, it scratches super easy. Mine actually already came with a little scratch on it before I used it. I'm afraid whether is healthy or not to keep using it.

Great pans. Good sizes for cooking for 2. Metal utensils can scratch the surface so stick to silicone utensils.

I just love this pan and I use it daily! Completely non-stick, and clean up is such a breeze, just a paper towel wipes it clean. Occasionally I use dish soap and a sponge. I even have the courage now to flip food without my spatula, and it's super easy! I confidently and highly recommend!

We bought this in January 2025. I've had several GreenPan products that last a long time. This one has developed little pockmarks through the ceramic coating, like mini craters. We only use silicone utensils in it, no harsh scrubbing or cooking spray, I contacted the manufacturer and they had me send photos, which I did, and then they told me: "Any imperfections, such as chipping, are considered a reflection of the hardness of Ceramic coatings and not having to rely on chemicals for adhesion. As the product remains perfectly safe for use if it chips, it does not require a replacement." So it is not supported by the company, but I am getting a replacement for our own use as the surface is no longer smooth. And the explanation sounds a tad bogus.

I bought this pan for cooking eggs and grilled cheese and it’s working great for both. I use a small amount of butter when I cook eggs but I wouldn’t have to because they don’t stick at all. The pans are a safe and healthy replacement to the Teflon pans I had been using. Definitely worth the money.

Beautifully made and extremely handy if you are living on your own and controlling your portion size.. My only criticism would be the handle is too heavy for the pan and unless placed on the hob carefully it tilts
