I purchased this watch after a lot of thought and was impressed by the self charging claims. However the watch has now been returned for a refund after several problems and complete loss of confidence. After pairing and loading the app the watch would talk to my iPad and fill in the data for that day, however it would not create the log ongoing. Days later the watch would not report at all to the iPad. The second problem was the watch would vibrate and the screen would show the Powerwatch logo for approx 30 seconds then go back to the normal screen. The data and heart rate would be lost. This would happen at completely random times of the day and night. The GPS takes a long long time to register so if you are going out on your exercise log onto the GPS at least ten minutes before you want it. Lastly when I contacted the manufacturer asking what an item was on the screen display they answered in hours. When I asked about the problems I was having with it, well I’m still waiting days after. Three emails no answers. I have lost all confidence in this watch and company back up.

It was working fine for about 6 months, but then in a matter of a week it started to disfunction. First the select button stopped responding, then after another day it started some endless restart loop, after the battery drained it was not possible to charge it again even with the charger. Customer support said they will send a return label, but it has been more than 4 months and no return label yet. Every time I ask when, the answer is "please wait". My guess is that they will never sent this return label.

L'idea di avere uno smartwatch che non si deve ricaricare mi piaceva. Purtroppo il software è povero e un po' macchinoso, ma soprattutto il GPS non si collega. Ho scritto alla Matrix e mi hanno chiesto se avevo fatto i passi giusti. Dopo che ho risposto non ho più avuto messaggi. Quindi orologio restituito.

Muchos problemas de sincronización de datos con el app y con Google Fit. También la conexión bluetooth tiene muchos problemas. El app es muy malo, no hay datos. El soporte no contesta.

En general el reloj funciona bien. El sistema de carga aceptable, pues si con un deporte intensivo o con sol directo, carga bien, en un uso normal y si va tapado por chaqueta, cosa normal en invierno, la carga no llega para mantenerlo. En un mes de uso normal la batería baja al 75 por ciento. Pueser ser aceptable pues lo cargo con el cargador y recupera el 100 enseguida. Lo que no está logrado es la conexión por Bluetouch, pues se desconecta demasiado amenudo, y hay que volver a conectar. Espero una nueva actualización que lo remedie. Otro dato negativo es la trasferencia de datos al teléfono es lenta, no.........superlenta. Si se remedian estos temas puede ser una buena opción. Si no seguirá teniendo una valoración muy baja para el precio. Espero una actualización pera una nueva valoración mas positiva.

Ich bin begeistert. Zu einem super Preis im Angebot gekauft. Den originalen Preis hätte ich wohl nicht gezahlt. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Verbindung zum Telefon läuft sie bisher super. Das Laden über Sonne bzw. Körperwärme funktioniert. Man darf kein Hochgeschwindigkeitsladen erwarten. Die gezählten Schritte stimmen nicht exakt mit dem Telefon überein sind aber bei mir vergleichbar. Ich habe eine Differenz bei 15.000 Schritten von ungefähr 1000 mehr als das Telefon oder eine andere Uhr welche Schritte zählt. Die beigelegten Armbänder verwende ich nicht, da sie mir zu merkwürdig riechen. Da gibt es aber ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Uhrenarmbändern von Herstellern nach Wunsch und Erwartung. Die Funktionen reichen mir vollkommen. Das GPS Signal wird schnell gefunden. Nutzt man GPS wird der Akku wie bei anderen auch, schnell aufgebraucht. Nach einer 2 Stunden Wanderung bleibt bei meiner Uhr ca. 80% Akkukapazität übrig, laut Anzeige. Ich bin zufrieden, da ich mir nicht permanent Gedanken über Akkulaufzeit machen muss.
