I got this Fancy Feast Senior 7+ variety pack for my older cats because I wanted a wet food specifically made for senior cats while still giving them some variety with chicken, beef, and tuna recipes. My cats have gotten much pickier as they've gotten older, so texture matters just as much as flavor now. The food itself seems good, and the 3-ounce cans are a convenient size for individual servings. The problem for my cats is the pâté texture. They will eat Fancy Feast, but they really only like the shredded varieties. Put shredded food in front of them and they're ready to eat; give them pâté and suddenly they become food critics. Overall, I like the idea of a Senior 7+ variety pack, but I wish Fancy Feast offered this same senior assortment in shredded recipes. For my cats, shredded is definitely the winner over pâté.

Great. Consistent. My kitty loves it! She eats about 2 cans a day in her old age and I’ve ever never had a problem with the quality. In fact, I’ve tried to give her higher quality senior cat food and she doesn’t touch. As long as this kitty is still kicking you have a customer for life!
