Reviews on sizing are all over the map; here's one more....
I was looking for a lightweight, packable, mid-thigh length coat for travel. The reviews on sizing for this item were all over the map. Here are my two cents:For reference: I am 5'8", 147#, 38" bust (34D), 29" waist, 39" hips with very broad (ex-college athlete) shoulders. Usually a US size 6-8 in tops (except when I need larger for shoulder room) and the same in pants. With no other information, I would have ordered a size Medium in any coat or jacket.Sooo.... After reading many reviews, I ordered this in a Large (on Amazon's pull-down sized menu) Note that the inside tag on my "Large" says "2XL." This, I'm sure, is the Chinese size. The Amazon size menu is adjusted for American women and the tag should be ignored. I think this coat fit EXACTLY as I would expect a US size Large to fit. I returned It because 1.) the overall length was shorter than I wanted. It does cover my backside, but not much of my legs; and 2.) while it fit in the shoulders and bust, the waist and hips were way too large and unflattering. Given the way most people layer for cool weather, with most of the extra clothing on top, it seems that the extra room ought to be in the bust and shoulders. I decided not to order a Medium since the bust and shoulders would certainly have been too small. Bottom Line: If you are larger in the shoulders and bust than waist and hips, this probably won't work for you. If the opposite is true, Order your usual US size. Here is what I really liked about this coat: 1.) It's very lightweight and the non-hooded version (I did not want a hood) comes with a small stuff sack (the hooded version may not include this); 2.) The sleeves were long enough. The model photo makes the sleeves look pretty short, and being on the tall side, I was happy to note that they were ok on me; 3.) It has a two-way zipper, which is helpful for a longer coat when sitting.

Super lightweight and fits so pretty!!
Inside XXL , bought a L on website. Perfect fitting and its super light as though ur wearing a summer shirt. Although its so lightweight it protected me from snow in -4 degree C. The fut gives a slight curve on ur hips makes it look pretty! The only thing that bothered me was the opening near the neck is a lil not tight and wind hits neck if your not wearing a muffler and if its extremely windy. But I wore a muffler while extreme winters so it’s absolutely fine with me for the price , curvey fit and the super light benefit .

Amazing!
I was a bit of a skeptic after receiving this down jacket and seeing how thin and lightweight it was. I live in Texas and was about to spend two weeks in North and South Dakota. I was sure I was completely unprepared for their harsh winter temps.I completely underestimated this jacket! I spent quite a bit of time outside everyday in wind chill temps below -30, yes......NEGATIVE 30....and I was NEVER cold. Not even kinda cold. Granted, I wore a base layer also purchased on amazon but I remained comfortable the entire time. This jacket is amazing! And it’s incredibly light and thin considering how much warmth it provides. No need for a big bulky coat. On my way back I wore it to the airport and then folded it up into the little pouch provided and put it in my backpack. Could not be more pleased with this purchase.

I haven't been able to wear it yet as it's for cooler weather and it's not cool where I live right now
I bought this for a trip I'm taking in September in Ireland. I haven't been able to wear it yet as it's for cooler weather and it's not cool where I live right now. I wore it to serve as a "liner" under my unlined waterproof and windproof Marmot raincoat. It's very light, but it looks like it will definitely add some warmth to my raincoat. It packs well into a tiny stuff bag. I bought it in XXL based on comments made by other posters that it runs small. (I would have normally ordered a Large.) I am 5 ft 5.5 inches tall, weight 150 lbs and am a 36DD. It's a little big on me but that's what I wanted as I don't like tight clothing. Size XL would have probably worked too, but I'm keeping this. Will provide another update after our trip.

Great
I ordered a size US Small. I am 5'3" 120 lbs. It fit every where but was tight in the waist.I returned it for the size medium which had extra room but still looked great.

... previous reviews stated that getting a size larger is best, the sleeves are about 2 inches too short
Even though some previous reviews stated that getting a size larger is best, the sleeves are about 2 inches too short. I ordered an XLand am 5'9" tall. otherwise I love the fabric, the ability for it to be folded up in it's little carry bag and it is just right for the weatherwe have now in early early spring. I will keep the jacket.

Nice coat, exceptional customer service
This was a nice coat but the XL was a little too small for a size 16 woman. The main reason I am doing the review, though, is the exceptional customer care I received. I needed to return the coat and there were a couple of hiccups in the process, but the GrowMore Group really went the extra mile to make sure I got my money back.

Sizes are mixed up.
I am a size 12 US. Following the chart given, I ordered both Marine Blue and Khaki in XXL. The Khaki order did not go through, as it was out of stock in reality, and the blue was too large, probably about equivalent to14-16. Liking the style, I ordered another, in Khaki, in XL; the other color was sold out in my size. The coat fits well on my size 12 body, but the color is not as light as it appeared online, but closer to a light brown. I am thinking it over, but have ordered a different coat from another dealer in a lighter color to compare. Aside from the size problem and color, it seems like a nice lightweight coat which will serve well for driving and indoor shopping errands in winter. The quality and workmanship looks very good, but I must stress that this is not a coat for serious cold or outdoor activity, nor is the fabric tough enough for heavier duty.Revision: It turns out that the blue XXL coat, upon closer inspection, was actually marked inside 4XL, and the Khaki which I ordered as XL was marked 3XL! The 3XL was right for me (size 12). I returned them both and found the same jacket for less from another dealer.
