fits very snug around bike-snaps around one bike tire/wheel with the clip and the other with a lock.
I have only been using as a bike cover in my garage. Sometimes when the garage door is open my bike is exposed and wanted a dust, UV, rain, etc protection. Will also use it when transporting it on our bike rack. My bike is a Gazelle Medeo T9e-Bike and it fits GREAT. Easy to put on by myself and fits snug, would stay put in wind, and appears to shed water. I am not sure what the reflective stickers are for so have not tried using them on the cover. I clip the front through my spokes/tire and pull the back down to the bottom of my tire. For the money it is a good cover for my needs. It may not last for years, but I didn't pay enough to expect it to. When I have it off of my bike I throw it in my car to keep it protected until I am done riding and quickly put it back on in less than a minute. Super happy with my purchase.

This has a lot of room to cover a beach comber bike 26 inch men's bike. It has 2 latches to keep the cover on. Looks to be durable and waterproof. Recommend.
