I have back issues, so I was excited to use it and see how it helps support my back and feels on me when working out. After wearing it for several days, I found I really enjoyed wearing it. It gave my back nice support and liked how it gave a sauna effect so it help really keep you loose. It stays on very well and easy to remove. I look forward to continue wearing it to also help trim the belly with a good sweat while wearing it. Cleaning it is simple, hand wash it and let it dry. See my video for my review. If you have any questions, please let me know. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good for your back and posture *by R***G on December 31, 2017* I use this more for my back and for posture and for exercise. It makes my lower back feel a lot better. Once it goes on you it stays on the Velcro was very very strong it doesn’t fold over on your stomach it stays the way it supposed to. It came on time very good product fits perfectly. It’s nothing like the cheap weight belts or exercise belts the people use. You can’t take this and yank it halfway across your stomach it’s just not that kind of a belt it stays tight with you just pulling it the normal way. I am very satisfied with it. And I’ve had a lot of belts like this but nothing is made my lower back feel better in this one. For the price you just can’t beat it Yeah people say something about it trims in your stomach and make you feel flatter. I don’t know if it does that I haven’t really checked I wear it for long periods of time I have no issues at all. Other belts I have tried I can’t wear them for more than a few hours. Just when I can wear all day and it feels perfect I’m not itching it’s not uncomfortable you forget that you have it on. What you don’t forget in the lower back pain that goes away when you wear it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable but gave me no back support *by P***O on June 28, 2017* I was expecting this to be an exercise back support brace since one of the features listed is "removes pressure from your back muscles" but I've put it on as tight as I could and haven't felt any back support. Perhaps it does offer support and I just don't feel it I'm used to the other back brace that I normally wear during my cardio workout.The primary feature of this thing is supposed to make your waist get hot and sweat when you exercise so that you "shed excess water and toxins", and yes, it definitely made my torso sweat! I don't know how much of that sweat was excess water; my guess would be little to none since I'm pretty sure my body uses most to all of the water I put into it and I have to constantly drink water while I'm working out.This comes with a mesh carrying pouch, and and the puch and belt both come inside of a thick plastic ziplock bag which I suppose you can use to store the belt if it starts smelling or something. The plastic bag isn't waterproof as there's a small hole at the bottom to let out air but I assume it would keep smell contained until you can get around to washing the belt.I've worn this for a few weeks during my regular cardio works and so far I haven't noticed any weight loss.
