Yes, wood glue or an adhesive appropriate for your wall surface you want to affix this to. This item is very lightweight wood. It does not have a peel and stick backing.

How can you apply to a mirror?

I wouldn't apply these directly to a mirror as the back of the applique would be visible reflected in the glass. I suggest if it's a framed mirror to just adhere it to that with wood glue. If it's an unframed mirror then add a frame first. If you're determined to apply it directly to the mirror then Loctite glass adhesive or clear, 2-party expoxy would work.

Will this bend to fit

Unlikely you can bend it...unless you want to try soaking it in warm water and bending it with clamps. Spraying it with water and bending it over a few days MIGHT work. Google a video on bending wood or steaming if available. Good luck!
