Ok, I ordered two of these. The first one was less than half full and I ordered it in November of 2025 and the expiration date was January of 2026. I was very surprised to see that considering honey has a shelf life of at least a year or two. But I will say as for the taste of the honey itself it was some of the best I've ever tasted. I actually have issues with sugar and because it wasn't so sickeningly sweet where it burns your tongue I actually ate the whole container in 3 days and it didn't bother me like it normally would. The texture of the honeycomb was chewy which is how I prefer it, so being that I went through this way faster than I thought I would I got a second one. The second one came and it was much Fuller so the contents were more desirable but this time it was much more sweet. This is not the products fault different batches come out different ways I'm just Picky and like things as least sweet as they can be so I can eat more of it in one sitting. The odd thing was is that it had a proper expiration date this time that said January of 2027 but it was a little bit more crystaly and the honeycomb was not chewy and soft it was more harder and crystal-like. So I just think it depends on the one you get, none of mine were spilled in the packaging was fine. It's weird how it ships upside down but none of mine leaked. I don't fault a company if something is out of their control. And I will say sometimes I see reviews of people with the honeycomb and they will complain saying there's too much wax, OMG! LIKE HELLO ..if you don't like chewing the honeycomb or dealing with the wax and that nice little natural white coating on top that the bees give us for microbial benifit, then DONT BUY HONEYCOMB! JUST BUY PLAIN RAW FILTERED HONEY BECAUSE THE POINT OF THE HONEYCOMB IS SO THAT YOU CAN CHEW IT, GET ALL THE NUTRITION OUT OF THIS AND SAVOR NATURES BEAUTY FROM THESE WONDERFUL LITTLE BEES! And if you see brown spots...EAT THEM! THAT MEANS ITS A LUCKY BATCH AS THATIS REAL FERMENTED BEE BREAD IN THISE HEXAGONAL COMBS! ITS FULL KF AMINO ACIDS AND ENZYMES...I JUST LEARNED THIS .. SO DONT COMPLAIN OR RETURN IT , ITS A TANGY GOOD TASTE

I don't typically write reviews, but this was SOOO DELICIOUS, I felt compelled to write a review! I wanted to try this, because it's a real honeycomb, and I became super curious after watching a popular beekeeper on YouTube. She would take honeycomb from beehives and then bite right into it! It looked so delicious, even though I've never been a fan of honey. I was so curious what real honeycomb would taste like, and if I would like it more than the jarred honey I'd only ever tried from supermarkets. Well, let me tell you, it was MIND BLOWING! One of the most delicious things I've ever tasted!! So sweet and delicate and not overpowering like the jarred honey. Truly a cool experience. 10/10 highly recommend.

i knew i was big when i bought this…and i’m HAPPY I DID. there was no leakage or anything and it tasted AMAZING. i love honey and i love honeycomb and i had been craving this for a long long time. the quality of the honey is just amazing.

This was my first time trying honeycomb and I was very impressed with the flavor of the honey as I usually disliked the store brands, but this one was nicely sweet and it's sooo nice biting into the honeycomb and receiving a mouth full of honey filling. my only downside is that the wax never diminished to a swallowable consistency after constant chewing. leaving me to spit it out after my teeth have crunched and drained all the honey out of it because it never seems to lose its consistency enough for me to comfortably swallow it. imagine dry waxy gum, just as the gum doesn't get smaller from constant chewing, this wax is very similar. the packaging was nicely sealed, no leak issues there or crystallization. I hear it's healthy to eat honey this way sometimes, definitely a decent first experience. I'm probably not going to make a habit of buying these, but it was nice to satisfy my curiosity and not walk away disappointed. so, if you're like me and looking for some nice coloring and fresh-looking quality honey, then this may be in your lane.

I bought this as a homeschool demonstration for honeycombs and to learn about our bee friends. Son loved it (7) Triple the price in the local store. Good deal good product

When I received the package there was so much honey leaking out that I couldn't remove the plastic case from the styrofoam surrounding it. I had to soak the styrofoam under running water to dissolve enough dried honey that I could even remove it. The comb is in a clear clamshell package which does not seal or contain the honey, even with the plastic tape covering the seam. The honey comb inside was very low quality, with most of the cells uncapped, and most of the honey surrounding the comb rather than being in the comb. Both the wax and the honey is super blonde in color, which maybe that's what you like, but I was hoping for a more robust honey, at least like what you get at the supermarket. This could have been ultra-processed ultra-filtered honey or honey-flavored simple syrup for all I could tell, it was that weak in flavor and had no aroma. The comb's wax was crunchy, which was kind of odd, as I've eaten a lot of comb before and never had any be crunchy, and the wax was also super blonde, almost pure white. I'm not even sure that this comb section was ever actually filled with honey at all, because most of the cells were not just uncapped, but were completely empty. It looked and seemed almost like a section of empty comb without caps was dunked into a bucket of honey and then placed in the clamshell to be sold. Absolute worst quality comb I've ever had.

Good honeycomb just not packaged good enough. The honey leaked out and glued itself to the foam carton. Had to dissect it.

Very yummy just a bit pricey
