I wore it to a royal themed homecoming and it stayed on my head almost the whole night without extra Bobby pins or anything. The only times it fell off were if I leaned my head like all the way back for whatever reason, but that was without anything other than the clips on the tiara itself to hold it down and it was very easy to put back on, maybe took a minute if I was picky. Fit my head very nicely, no areas poking out a little bit or anything. All the gems were in place and the packaging was nice.
