Massive Improvement over Fabric Sleeves
These sleeves are high quality, durable, and give just the right compression to help alleviate my knee discomfort. I have been using fabric sleeves for a while, and these are in a totally different league. The two items do not even compare. Background: I'm 48 and I've been doing crossfit for about 3 years now. I have had knee issues for over a decade, so once my squats, cleans, etc started to get heavier, I went to using knee sleeves, but never noticed much difference. I decided to come off my wallet and get some quality sleeves after recommendations, and I wish I had done this sooner! These are thicker - lunges are more comfortable. These are more supportive. I'm getting more depth in my squats. These are flexible. I have no issues catching a clean or snatch and moving quickly. My only obstacle is getting them over my large calves to get them to my knee. I went by the measurement and sizing guide, and they fit my knee perfectly, once I get them past my calves. However, the struggle is worth it. Once they are in place, they don't move, and I almost forget about them.

Great knee sleeves
Extremely good knee sleeves. I had my first pair for 7 years. I still wear them at work for support and light protection. Stone masonry is hard on everything and these have held up. They keep my arthritic knee warm, and quite supported throughout the day. I notice when I don't wear them. These have an elastic bounce that makes my knee feel bionic. In the gym they're the only ones that haven't split out of my decent assortment of sleeves. Good buy.

Great knee sleeves - size down for extra compression
I'm finally getting around to reviewing these because my Iron Bull knee sleeves finally gave out tonight (padding split down the middle in one sleeve), but that was after 2.5 years of hard use of heavy squats and crossfit workouts. During that time, these knee sleeves worked out great. I bought the XL sleeves back in Sept 2018 and then the Large sleeves in April 2021. My knee is 16" in circumference so going off of ever knee sleeve chart out there, I fall into the XL range. The XL size does fit and feel comfortable, but if you're getting these to do some heavy squats and want the tighter compression, then size down and it'll make a considerable difference. I still use the XL sleeves but keep them in my gym bag as a backup. In the last 2.5 years, I've probably worn them at least 1-2 times every week with heavy squats (front, back, overhead), and sometimes used them on crossfit workouts and with lunges. I would wash them every time after wearing them. In my opinion, while the $60 price for them was initially expensive, they held up great and did what I needed from them for a good amount of time, and now it's time for another pair.

So far so good
Been using them for squats and deadlifts. They are thick enough to be useful and longer than many brands so offer more support. As in all athletic wear, fit is very important, so order the right size. They are starting to wear out now so about 3/4 of a year of fairly regular use twice a week. If you lift more often, probably a shorter lifespan. I will say that they are currently the same price/thickness as the big name brand versions from Rogue or Rehband so they're not cheap, but they do seem to be good quality as opposed to the cheaper brands available.

Glad I got these - The band at the top works.
I've only worn these once in the gym and they were excellent. I think I'm going to like these going forward. They fit better than my former "goto" brand which was pro fitness. The band around the top works great to keep them in place which makes a difference in the fit. My size was not available from Pro fitness, so I took a chance on Iron Bull. Glad I did. I'll keep you updated on longevity. I'm very hard on knee sleeves. We do all of the Olympic lifts in CrossFit but also lots of walking lunges with dumbbells, barbells, and odd objects. Knee sleeves also act as knee pads to protect knees from touching the ground which is required for a valid rep. I did 90 walking lunges and not a mark on them. But that was just one day.

Lasted about a solid year.
Purchased July of 2024 writing a review August 2025. Ordered these for squat support while working out. I really liked the comfort and the support they provided. Kept my knees warm as well which was a major plus since my gym leg room is always extremely cold. My normal way of putting these on was to fold the top half down and pull up over my knee and roll up after placement so I was a bit bummed out when I noticed the foam was tearing on the inside inner top of them. I don’t keep my nails long either so I know it wasn’t due to that so overall, for having them about a year wearing them 2 times a week for leg day, I would say that I did get a good amount of use for them for the price paid. I’m going to be trying some non foam ones next but as mentioned I loved the comfort and compression they provided which made me give them 5 stars.

Great knee sleeves
Ordered a size small due to knee measurements but received a size large. Turns out this mistake was a blessing due to the lifting gods. A size small would have never fit due to the size of the surrounding muscles. The large fit just right, if I wanted more compression I can size down. Wearing these knee sleeves I hit a squat of 465lbs and can comfortable hit a squat of 455lb with no issues. Would recommend these if you’re on a budget and starting you’re lifting career, this is a great first pair to get you to know what you want in the future

Calidad-precio
