They taste great for a 'low calorie' bar
PROS:1) They taste great, very close to actual red velvet cake.2) Low calorie. You can eat the entire box, and still barely touch your permitted calorie intake3) Individually wrapped, so you can take them on the goCONS:1) Quite small2) You will eat them all in one sittingVERDICT:Buy if on sale. They are currently £1.50 for a box for 4, which is a fair price.

Very tasty
I got these while they were a cheap price of £1:50,they are obviously not as nice as red velvet cake but they are definitely not as fattening, they will do for a healthy treat, they do taste nice though

Red in colour is about it!
Compared to other bars in the range this is a very disappointing effort. The bar is red in colour but it is not a cake crumb, more like a soft digestive mix squashed together to form a cake shape, topped with a sweet sickly topping, the same type as what they use on their carrot cake, which is actually a lot better than this. There is nothing resembling the essence of a normal red velvet cake here at all, the taste was like cardboard and so bad I had to throw the first bar I tried away, swiftly followed by the remaining lot! Sorry Fibre One but imo I'd go back to the drawing board on this one, the popcorn bars they do are fabulous, maybe themes on these would be better? Also to mention the box had been squashed on delivery and the box opened, not the products inside.

4 points on WW and surprisingly nice
I was looking for some low calorie treats as my local supermarket doesn’t stock much variety in that sense. I love red velvet cake and sort of stumbled across these but for £2.30 ish for 4 I thought it was brilliant. According to other reviews you can buy these for around 1.50 but I’ve never seen them in store. I would agree with other reviews that the box is a little bit, but the bars are quite squishy and soft so you wouldn’t want to pack them too tight. The icing and pink crisp berry bits on top really compliment the internal sponge well. I wouldn’t say it’s exactly like red velvet but I’ll be honest, I was half expecting a berry flavoured brick and really enjoyed it. Will definately buy these again. And they are 4 points on Weight watchers green plan.

Lovely cakes to eat as a treat when on a diet
The cake has all the flavour of a red velvet cake but less calories. Nice for after you meal, or even just take half/whole one to have with a cup of coffee to make you thinkyou have had a treat. Good value if you get it on special offer! (£7)

Scrummy diet treats
When you're crazy something naughty but on a diet, these really were just the sweet kick I needed. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but they went down a treat with my cup of tea!
