Very good flavor. Really pungent for vegan fish sauce. A great addition to a vegan or vegetarian pantry. Add to soups, stews, broths and other recipes for a umami punch. I should’ve checked the ounces. I wanted something from the Atlantic Ocean. I would’ve given it 5 Stars but, very pricey.

I add this to my salads and asian dishes, great way to add flavor and the health benefits! The quality is great, I love that it’s organic.

Understandably seaweed is expensive, but well worth buying. These are very good, I mostly sprinkle on salads. Would highly recommend.

Love this. I seem to find myself sprinkling this on everything. I used some of some dahl the other day and the umami flavours hit the spot!

I’m going to buy more. I’ve been making vegetarian soups for weight loss, I add handful of this and some chilli flakes to bring up the flavour and natural salt.
