I didn't have one so I bought a code reader on desertcart (Autel AutoLink AL319 OBD2 Scanner which worked great the one time I used it) and got a P1441 code which a bit of detective work showed to be related to a Vapor Canister Purge Valve problem. I bought this one (ACDelco 214-640 GM Original Equipment ) for on desertcart and $27 and replaced the old one in less than an hour. It would have taken less time but a few hoses had to be disconnected and later reconnected to get to the part. After resetting the code, the Service Engine Soon light went out and hasn't been back in more than 100 miles. The Denali also seems to idle and run much smoother than before the replacement.
