If filled with just air do these balloons float high into the sky? Did anyone use helium instead of just air? Thanks for any help!

With air i dont think they will go anywhere with helium they do and yes they do go high.

Are they normal 10-12 inch balloons when inflated? Or are they tiny balloons?

they are not small ballons they are normally ballons when inflated
