Needs good insoles to be comfortable. Don't know how long they'll last

great all outdoor boots however don't last for as long as i would like otherwise he loves them it will add up if you work hard outdoors i am buying 3-pair this year so far and we still have summer and winter to go i see another 2 pair! he is comfortable and don't mind the cost . i do!!!

I am normally a size 10.5. Based on Rothco instructions to order two sizes smaller than normal due to boots designed for two pair of wool socks, I ordered a pair of Rothco infantry desert boots 2 sizes under normal shoe size, and teh boots were a tad too small with one pair of cotton socks on. I reordered a size 10 which arrived before I returned the size 9, but the size 10 looked small so I held the size 9 and size 10 bottom to bottom and surprise, the size 10 was a quarter of an inch shorter than the size 9, bummer, way too tight. I reordered a size 11 which arrived today, tried it on and in bare feet, my toes touch both the heel cup and the interior of the front of the boot, still too small. What gives with this crazy issue, I am really exhausted ordering and returning the boots, and the wildly inconsistent and incorrect sizing of the Rothco boots. I tried sending a message to the seller via Amazon's "Seller messaging assistant" but the "submit message" was dead, so what a waste of time. Could Rothco please get their sizing instructions sorted out and instruct their manufacturers to standardize sizing to the norms of the industry?

I usually have great luck with these boots and have ordered many pairs. I ordered the same size I usually do but they felt extremely tight, to the point of hurting. I don't know if they will break in, but I think next time I need to order one size bigger.

These are great boots for hillside, awesome traction and good support they just don't last that long the soles wear out fairly quickly, but I would buy them again

Theses boots fit my Grandson perfectly, he tried them on right away....best boots ever!

My first opinion when they came in the mail today was that these boots are cheap. They look cheap and feel cheap. This is what I expected having only paid $32. They are not rigid like a work boot and are a very light "tan", (almost white). I play airsoft and they look good with my different sets of camo. They are roughly 8 inches tall and are actually pretty comfortable the first time I put them on. I didnt want an expensive boot because I'm only going to wear them once or twice a month so I hope they will hold up for that much. Conclusion: They look good with camo for all you airsofters/paintballers and they flimsy so it should be easy to run in them, but I do not believe they will hold up for moderate to heavy use such as work or hiking trips. Also they run a bit big. I wear a size 9.5 got a size 9 and they are still a little too big. Overall, they should work well for what I intend to do with them but not so much for anything outside of that. As we all know you get what you pay for.

These are good boots, they are light weight with a decent sole. Then again depending on branch of service and job you may not want these at all and opt for a better boot suited to mountain terrain and trails you have to scramble through loose stone, soils, and sands; if I were on active duty they would only last about 3-6 months.Great boots for training or knocking around in, if you have a standard ruck and are going to travel over 10 miles put some good insoles in with better arch support.

i dont like leaving negative comments at all! but i love these boots however they have alot of problems:- the suede gets dirty super easily- requires lots of cleaning- the glue on the sole is coming off- the shoes r so uncomfortable (they give me cuts on my heels and my toes hurt alot)- even the canvas/cloth part picks up dirt and stains so easily- i can't walk for these for more than 30 minutes of straight walking-the price i got them for was 30 dollars and they raised it to 70 dollars nowalso the seller is very uncommunicative i filed for a return and he didnt respond to amazon.com and im getting a refund!

No, me gustó la forma de la bota, el material se ve y de siente de baja calidad, vienen pegadas y no cosidas.Ahora falta comprobar su durabilidad y desempeño.
