It would depend on the size of the pills. I can fit my whole bottle of nitro pills in there (left in the bottle)

It comes with 3 extra O-rings. If you purchase this, measure what you get and go from there if you think you will need more than 3 spares. I have one of these floating around my shooting bag and one has been attached to the outside of my backpack for over 1 year and there isn’t the slightest amount of degradation, cracking, stretching etc. These are well made and well designed.
