The iPhone 11 is nice, but since the battery came at 78% health, that’s a downside because it needs to be replaced. So I’d rate it 8/10.

Expected to pay postage costs for a repair
Ordered this phone for my daughter. Worked fine for around 8-9 months. Then battery wouldn't charge. To my amazement, the company expected me to pay to send the phone back to have it fixed. Around £10 for tracked and signed. Outrageous. Surely if a company sells you a product that breaks, it should be them that foot all bills associated with tfixing? Obviously I had to choice but to go ahead - it was that or no phone. Only buy from here if you're happy with that type of service.
