Good quality, feel restrictive but work extremely well. A little difficult to fit with arthritic hands

I severely strained my elbow during a heavy bodybuilding session and could barely move it. This Armstrong America brace has been an absolute lifesaver. The built-in aluminum splint gives incredible stabilization, keeping my elbow locked and protected. The neoprene material is top-notch—very breathable, comfortable, and doesn't make me sweat. It provides great compression that instantly eased my tendonitis pain. If you lift weights and need serious recovery support, this is the one to get. 10/10!

I have had this brace for over a week and noticed an issue straight off. The core makeup of the brace has breathing holes. Those holes due to the compression required to work cause raised skin bumps. I thought initially I had a skin infection until I took the brace off, each bump being red and itchy. Comfort with medical gear is paramount so why this bad design

Great product. Works well and easy to fit and adjust. Construction of the materials is very sturdy. Fits well even with large upper arm. I’m working to straighten my arm after radial head implant surgery. Only downside for me with it being soft material is that I have to get it very tight to be effective so I can’t leave it on all night. I wear it over a long sleeve tee so I’ve never had problems with friction. I’d opt for a compression sleeve if too hot for long sleeves. Those compression stockings from the hospital work a treat in a pinch.

Pretty good splint. Fits nicely and kept my arm straight whilst sleeping. Can move a little bit so you are not totally fixed in place. Did the job

Having been recently diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome, I was recommended to obtain an elbow brace and this one seemed to get good reviews; after a couple of weeks' use, I would say deservedly so. I have felt a marked improvement in my elbow, arm and hand, hardly any more 'pins & needles' or numbness and restored strength in my grip. It's comfortable to wear during a night's sleep but immobilises the elbow enough to treat the condition. Excellent.

The description says it’s suitable for sleeping but it absolutely is not. Incredibly uncomfortable to the point of pain despite adjusting numerous times. Terrible product

I pulled a muscle gardening and was quite painful. Was awaiting surgery. This helped heal it to the point I no longer needed surgery, it helped rest the muscle and repair. Quite astonished that it worked so well

I received this brace today and was surprised on how well made it is and how comfortable it is to wear. I purchased this brace to use playing golf. My left arm quite often breaks down in my golf backswing. I believe this should help me attain better impact on the ball and possibly straighter shots. I have not played a round with it, but have swung a club in the yard with it and it feels very comfortable swinging a club. I play 3 rounds of golf per week, so I will update my review after I have used it for a few rounds and let every one know how durable it is. Other golf straight arm training aids cost twice the price of this brace. Update: I have now played several rounds of golf with this brace and it really works well keeping my left arm straight at the end of my back swing and the start of my down swing, resulting in much better ball striking. I made a slight modification to the 2 metal splints that are in the brace. I placed both metal pieces so they would set across the inside of my elbow, or I should say the crease in my left arm. Very comfortable to wear during a round of 18 holes and wearing it caused no discomfort what so ever. This brace is about half the price of one of the golf training aids sold to solve the same issue. I will purchase another.

Possible perfect for some problems but does not solve our Parkinson's contracture problem. It is difficult to position the patient suitably for both pressure sore alleviation and to keep the arm fairly extended straight such that the brace can function. Our problem is not twinges of pain due to involuntary movement breaking up sleep, for which the brace may be excellent, with the arm straight out sideways, elbow not bent.

It was packaged in a zip bag. The quality is great, but there were no instruction on how to use it. I give it 4.5 stars
