Plastic quality is good. No issues on working too. It cooks food without oil with a little change in taste when compared to oil fried food. One teaspoon of oil is enough to get the best taste as like a food fried in oil. I have cooked chicken. The chicken fry was crispy outside. It was well cooked inside. I have also tried potato fries.
