Very sturdy and easy to use other screws so I could use the studs. The sliding mechanism is nicely tight so no rattle sounds.

Good quality shiny stainless finish matches my other fixtures. I love that it is adjustable to match the length of the shelf I have above it. I also like the circular brackets that hold the bar. They match my other (more expensive) Kohler fixtures perfectly. Hopefully, the finish lasts and the brackets hold. It's only been up for a week. The only part that seems cheap and flimsy are the plastic expanding inserts to hold the brackets to the wall. In time, I feel they may need to be replaced with more substantial metal ones. Overall, a GREAT VALUE.

This bathroom towel bar was received and installed in early October of 2024. The main reason I ordered this specific bar was because of the fact that it is adjustable, this feature allowed me to mount it over the existing holes that are in the ceramic tile where the previous towel bar was attached. I had read the reviews before I ordered this towel bar and some of the reviewers mentioned that it would bow and sag towards the middle of the bar, this had me a bit skeptical about ordering it. When I initially installed it I used the screws and wall anchors that came with it. After a while I noticed two things...1) the bar was bowing and sagging towards the center and 2) the brackets that go attached to the wall and to which the bar is attached were coming loose and were separating from the wall. This led me to remove the screws and wall anchors that came with this item and replace them with zinc hollow wall anchors (see photo), and this did the trick. I reattached the mount brackets and the towel bar is no longer bowing or sagging towards the center...the bracket base pedestal (see photo) is now securely attached and is flush against the wall tile as well. In conclusion, this is a good product at a fair price, but to me the included screws and wall anchors are inferior and not at all up to the task of properly and securely attaching it to the wall. Anyone purchasing this may be better off choosing to use either zinc hollow wall anchors or butterfly screws (see photo) to mount the brackets securely.

A good purchase! This towel bar was exactly what I needed. My plan was to use existing holes in the wall. The bar had 3 different holes to choose from. I was only able to use 1 hole in my existing ones, however when attached to the wall it covered the other holes. I was able to do this because the bar is adjustable and could extend to match the pre drilled holes. It seems to be holding up well (only 1 week) and the color seems nice (no peeling). I would definitely purchase again if I need a towel. bar. I find the price to be very fair. The only critique is in the directions. They are done well up to the end when extending the bar. It would be nice if they included how to expand the bar. I say this because it was difficult to pull apart. So I kept turning one end to see if that was the way to adjust. Ended up pulling it to adjust.
