Nuwave Whole House Air Purifiers, Oxypure Smart Air Purifier with 5 Stages

I have had my first unwave for about six years and love it so much, I bought another one while on sale. I tell people that there is nothing like it. I rarely need to dust, I have no dog hair flying around, and the house smells fresh all of the time. Mine has ran 24 hours a day all of those years. Filters are so easy to clean. I could not be happier. I would back this air purifier any day. I had many choices back then and even more so now, but I still would choose unwave, and I did , an extra for the guest bedroom. Amazon has great sales on them once in a while, I got lucky and saved a lot of money. I leave mine on 3 and settings are so simple. Noise levels are low as mine is setting 10 feet from tv and 6 feet from me, no problems. I can open the door to let my dog out and the air light comes on, meaning the air quality outside needs cleaned. Strange but true.

These Nuwave Whole House filters are wonderful. Their design is perfect, drawing the air from ground level and powerfully expelling it through the top aimed upwards. We like the way it filters and cleans dust and odor so well, we invested in a second one. They are big, but do a big job! And moving them is a breeze with the wheels. When they are at maximum work level, sound a little like running water out of a faucet. Doesn’t bother anyone, because they are purifying the air. You can really tell the difference in the atmosphere since they arrived. They are a little bit pricey, but do a great job and maintenance is cheap, because most of the 5 filters are brush-able or washable. The cabinet is very accessible, so easy to clean everything. The two are about 6 months old now and still running like new. Also, you can control them with your WiFi devices. Great product. We’re so glad we took the risk. Recommend.

Growing up, I've always had problems due to allergies. Eventually, I learned about air purifiers. I tried other brands without too much research into them and they seemed okay, but then I decided to get serious so I really looked into what people like and this product was highly regarded. I can't speak as an expert on how effective it really is (trusting the places that claimed they did such tests), but it does feel like there's an improvement though I think it's most noticeable after cooking when the smells don't linger as long as they used to (I may have bought if for allergy relief, but I love it for not having to smell the same food for days). The thing I like is also that you get 5 years worth of filters which is very handy. I've had one product for about a year so it was time to replace some of the filters (fortunately, most only need to be washed periodically). And I say one product, because I liked it and honestly I wasn't sure if one unit really could cover the 3 floors of my house - I usually keep one in the first and second floors where I spend most of my time, but I do move one to the basement from time to time as needed. The main thing that got me was the unit is a little heavy which isn't a huge deal... unless you have stairs in which case it is annoying if you need to move it up and down frequently. Other than that, I have no issues. So far, both units have been fine in the 12 / 9 months I've had them without any issues. I appreciate that you can put it in sleep mode so the unit still runs, but you don't have bright lights blinding me. I've seen reviews complain about connecting to the phone and honestly... I can't speak for that because I don't care about that feature. Turning it on and off using the buttons on the machine are all I need.

We love our Nuwave OxyPure Smart Air Purifier. It cleans our whole house, 2700 sq ft. We have had a lot of construction lately in our house which resulted in sheet rock dust everywhere (repiping) and dust from installing 10 replacement windows. Once we received it and set it up, we have been extremely impressed. We notice a big change in the air we breathe now and are excited to know it is cleaning our house. Two years ago, we bought 2 small air purifiers for our bedroom and den which we were very happy with, and still are. But now, just to have the Nuwave cleaning all the rooms we are very excited. It was so easy to set up and we love that it's on rollers and easy to move should we choose. We placed it in the center of our house and it easily tackles the big jobs. We laugh when we are cooking, especially fish. Once the aroma reaches the Nuwave, it gears up and tackles the fish smell, which disappears in minutes -- which is amazing. No buyer's remorse here, just wish we would have bought this long ago.

Replaced a simple, low cost air purifier with this unit. My wife and I call it our "biggest fan". Big fan seems to do a good job of cleaning the air in our home (approx 2700 sq ft). We set it to "auto". When we're cooking Big fan will crank up to full speed. When that happens it is quite loud, have to turn the volume on the TV way up. Big fan will run on high for 30-45 min then automatically decrease speed eventually down to low. As I'm sure you know, this unit is not cheap but it is superior in every way to our old low cost unit. One last note; the phone app is very basic. Could easily be improved by adding notification, shopping options, etc.

This unit is easy to use and works when you need it. We have it in our restaurant seating area which is about 4800 cu Ft. This unit is supposed to take care of 2500 cu Ft, I believe. However, it works great in our seating area of 20X20X12. I noticed it instantly detects foul orders (dirty mop buckets, garbage cans rolling next to it) and instantly kicks into another gear to clear the air when in auto. The turbo button (not sure it's called "turbo") is a a good way to prep the area if you know you'll be working in the area. We just opened and this came in handy during and after our restoration. It is quiet and looks really nice. It is easy to move and has many control options. We use the auto mode while open and manually turn it off at night. It has a timer and scheduler but we've not used those features yet. There are a lot of filters and many extra filters. That's a nice bonus. A little on the pricey side, but for the volume of air we ask it to clean, and all its features, it's worth the investment. Strange this is, after I've been working all day and stand next to this unit, it kicks into high gear and the indicators show "dirty"... Maybe it's trying to tell me I need a shower? ... I take it that the sensor is tuned to sense humidity and sweat and reacts to conditions in the air. Love this unit, I recommend purchasing.

Great product and service ady to use . It really makes a difference to the air quality in our home

If I could give this zero stars, I would! I ordered this with high hopes. With the wildfires happening I thought his would help our air quality in my home and also be a great investment considering the price. The order came within a few days of ordering. Upon getting the order, the unit arrived in a large brown box well padded. Out of the box the auto function did not work as it should. The lights would be illuminated, but the fan would not run....ever! After a few days, it did start to work on auto (weird). The unit continued to work for about 2 weeks on auto, then auto function stopped working again!! I tried calling the manufacturer, which was a total waste of time. The phone rang for over an hour with no answer. I would think when people are paying almost $700 for a product, they would have better customer service. I finally gave up and decided to return since I only had a few days left on my 30 days. If you are considering this product, I would say look elsewhere. I do want to add that I also ordered another unit for my father in law. he had the same issues. However, he contacted Amazon and they sent a replacement (i tried this with mine and was told that wasn't an option??). Upon receipt of his replacement we noticed that the replacement unit came in a brown box and an additional white manufactures box (makes me wonder if the first 2 units were refurbished??). So far the new unit is working, lets see how this one works out. Additionally, I want to add that my mom also ordered one. Her unit arrived in only a brown box with no visible damage. However, the unit didn't even work out of the box!!!!! All the lights were illuminated no fan ever came on no matter the setting. She will now be sending hers back. Buyer beware!!!
