Good, not great. A little scratchy.
I like the Icebreaker brand because of the quality of fabric. When I got this I was a little disappointed. The color is fantastic and it runs pretty true to size, but the wool was not nearly as soft as some of my other tops. It felt a little scratchy and was a heavier weight than I had anticipated. Also, o guess because they consider this a base layer instead of a mid or outer layer, it doesn't have thumb loops. Overall this isn't a bad top, and for the price, I'll keep it. It just doesn't quite measure up to some of my older tops.

Functional and Fashionable!
I just love this under layer because I can wear it alone as my only layer and it looks very hip. The zipper collar is a must to control body temperature when out cross-country skiing or snow shoeing. I love just wearing it around the house when a heavy sweater or two layers would be too much. It's fitting but not tight. Easy to move around in it when exercising outdoors in cool weather. The sleeves are long but not too much and it's got good length in the torso. I am 5'9" with a long torso with an athletic build, size 12. The large fit perfectly. The sizing dimensions are very accurate. Very nice quality too. I'm going to order this brand for some leggings!

Sheer in tight areas, comfortable, very flattering, no stink
Loved this top. Lived up to the ‘no stink’ advertisement and is very flattering. I wore it under a Columbia PFG shirt for 5 days. It is very sheer in areas where it’s tight (chest area even with A cup). I ordered an xs because I am 5’1 and 100lbs and it fit just right. Will continue to buy from icebreaker I was very pleased with the quality.

Turtleneck to V neck ,, casual to dressy !
I love the zip up front Turtle neck to vV neck with a collar . Casual to dressy. Great for travel , outdoors or a nice dinner ! Warm , quick dry and perfect for backpacking .

Not a fan
This shirt is a very thin and tight base layer. It’s pretty see through it’s so thin. I had hoped it was a bit heavier weight and thickness to be a mid layer. I have other items of theirs that are not as itchy as well. It is also a much tighter fit than I was expecting. I have an athletic build so if you are more long distance runner long and lean it may be the better for you.

Warm but bobbles immediately
The top is warm and fits as expected but the fabric bobbled immediately after carefully washing. I was lucky the side seams were not twisted. Some other Icebreaker tops I bought previously had twisted side seams indicating poor production quality so the only reasons I risked ordering this was the extremely low sale price and the sleeves being long enough for my long arms. I would never pay full price for Icebreaker items.

Expensive but worth it
Lovely warm merino shirt, can be worn as base layer or on its own. Elegant cut. I wear it all the time in the winter (have a couple of others from this brand). Expensive but it's the price of quality. Does not deform with the washings and can be washed at 40 degrees. This particular blue hue is very pretty.
