I liked this hair color on the box. When I put it on my hair, the color has an orange tint instead of the color on the box. It did cover up my grays well.

Love the product, however, the price went up over 12.00 since last year. I’ve found other similar products much cheaper.

Although the color choice was quite a bit darker than anticipated, this home dye completely covered my grays and did not damage my hair. I have long hair so I ordered 2 and used 1.5 bottles. The process was super easy and the directions are easy to follow. This was my first time ever using a home dye and was worried that I’d have streaks. This completely covered my grays and didn’t streak my very blonde hair.

I’ve been coloring my hair for a long time. Box, bleach, and professionally. I’ve never had a box of dark hair color absolutely wreck my hair like this did. I left it on for the instructioned amount of time and it was almost as bad as a bleaching session. And the color didn’t even last. Was fading and loosing luster after one wash. My hair was bleached before hand, nothing crazy and was in good shape prior to this. If you go for this brand, go for the keratin color, this one is just not worth it.

Darker than expected. Much darker. But I do love it! Here’s a before and after. My before was a dark blonde with tints of red, and after is more of a deep brown.

Its decent considering it claims to have 0% ammonia ,Silicone or Alcohol but the shade range is much darker than advertised and coverage was okay. Did not meet expectations fully though Pros: Less chemicals than other dyes No ammonia , obnoxious smell NO itching as other dyes COns: Colour is darker than advertised there is a smell though not ammonia Did not cover grey fully though the colour was brown Would i repurchase : Probably not , find revlon much better than this

Since so many of the more natural home color kits didn't cover my mom's (mildly) gray hair, we had all but resigned ourselves to switching to a non-natural brand. This was my last attempt at trying something less toxic, and we're so glad I did. This product actually works to cover gray (after speaking with a customer service representative, we left the color on her hair for forty-five minutes instead of the recommended thirty minutes). The scent is relatively mild and pleasant, and the formula didn't irritate my mom's scalp, skin, nose, or eyes in any way. Also, the color is true to what you see on the box. We definitely plan to purchase this one again.

I colour my hair often and this was the first time using this product. I appreciated everything about it, wasn’t too runny, smell was ok and covered well, but I emptied the container into a proper colour bowl with a brush and applied that way. I left on 30 minutes but don’t find it covered my grey enough especially at the hairline, when I was careful getting it all incorporated. It came off my skin well, and washed well after 3 washes, but I wasn’t satisfied with the coverage, and the overall colour was lighter than I expected. It’s not the worst match, but after seeing the photos I was expecting darker. I would still re-order and go a shade darker in the future, otherwise totally happy with the product!
