Does exactly what you'd expect, lovely little tea set, perfect for green tea, catches most of the little bits that normally make it through as well, is a little lightweight but feels durable

This is a great product I bought this as a present and they loved it. I would definitely buy this again for myself and another present. Service is professional one of the glasses was broken and they replaced with no fuss 5 star service. Thumbs up from me a very happy customer.

Review edit: this broke while polishing with zero pressure applied. I have taken real good care of it as I loved it so much - haven’t used it directly on the hob or mistreated it in any way. The way it broke was really odd (small hole in middle of bottom, see photos) and now that I’ve looked closer, I can see uneven patches on the bottom (also visible in photos). Really sad as it was my favourite teapot and I had expected customer support given that the brand pride themselves with product quality. Sadly, have been unable to get in touch with the seller despite several attempts - very disappointed.This is a beautiful set - the pot is heat resistant, so can be put on hob to keep warm; the cups are reinforced and super light, so impossible to break. Filter can be kept in (for loose tea leaves) or removed (for blooming tea). An overall great purchase

Love the teapot though sadly during washing, the screw fitting which holds the lid has come out and now the lid doesn’t stay on properly.

Looks exactly like in pictures!Been using for more than a week now and have accidentally left tea overnight, to my surprise it didn’t stain! Comes packaged very securely, Im definitely going to be keeping the box for future transportation.

Beautiful teapot set that is also functional. It can be used with blooming teas, but also has an insert to use with loose teas. The handle is very comfortable to grip and the teapot keeps the tea surprisingly hot. The teacups are also beautiful and do not transfer heat to your hands. It is easy to clean and a joy to use. This is a wonderful new routine in my day during COVID times!

Se lo regale a mi pareja y le ha encantado. El diseño es muy bonito, super fino y fácil de limpiar. La temperatura del te se mantiene muy bien en la tetera y las tasas son maravillosas, no te quemas por el espacio que hay entre el vidrio de “dentro” y el de “fuera”.
