Macbook arrived on time and was in perfect condition even though the purchase was for a refurbished unit. How great is that. No issues with the Mac book after 4 months. Awesome seller. 10/10!!!

I got this laptop because I wanted something that could help me with my editing work that I do at church. I thought that getting this laptop from this place would be amazing because it’s cheaper and other things electronics I’ve got from Amazon have worked. Everything was good, I loved my laptop I treated it like my baby and I used it at all times however it all went downhill after a month of using it. At first it started overheating and I thought that was weird but since I didn’t get an overheating message I continued using it but also let it rest. After a weeks of it overheating one day in the middle of editing an important video it shut down, I faked out and I thought that maybe it was the battery (mind you that was also a problem because it would die very fast) and when I plugged it it came back to live and I was relieved BUT!!! It kept turning on and off. I started crying because it would not even let me download the video I was editing because it would turn off faster then I was able to download. After that I was able to get the video after letting rest for 4 hours. After that I that it would turn off faster and on like its was none business. I took it to the Apple Store and they told me that it wasn’t the battery and all of the test came out good but they themselves had no idea why this was happening. I did everything to make it work until I chose to give up and return it. But the next problem I came to across is that when I was about to log out of the computer it shutdown never to turn on again. I tried charging it leavening for hours and nothing it’s just dead. So please don’t get this garbage save a little more and get yourself a new one or go to Best Buy but don’t make my mistake and get it from Amazon

This is the first Mac I've ever owned and coming from Windows there was a bit of a learning curve. However, after a few days of use and exploration I'm extremely pleased with the integration with my iPhone and Airpods. The Macbook itself is in basically perfect condition, the only flaws I have found is a scuffed up S key and all keys are a bit worn out on the surface but function normally. Other than those two things, there are no scratches or imperfections to the laptop's exterior. The only cons I have found so far is that I occasionally hit the touch bar when typing and accidentally turn my music up too loud or mute it. Also, at first the battery life was a bit underwhelming but after some tweaking I think I have fixed it (Turning low power mdoe to be on all the time). Today I charged the Macbook to 100% and have been doing light browsing on Chrome and have lost 7%. To be fair, some more battery life could be saved if I used Safari as it is more optimized for Mac's and isn't as big of a resource hog as Chrome is. Edit*: Forgot to add this in my original review but the macbook didn't come in its original box, it was only wrapped in bubble wrap. Luckily, it did not come damaged. Overall, this was a great purchase for me and I have zero regrets.

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished MacBook for my daughter who is going off to college, but I didn't want to break the bank with getting her a new one either. After reading lots of positive reviews from the seller, I decided to give them a try. Her laptop got here a day earlier and then expected, and I have to say I was very impressed with the appearance and the durability of it. I'm hoping this laptop will last her all throughout her College stay.

It was exactly what I expected great quality the storage works for me and the condition was very clean besides minor scuffs which for me it’s an issue. my only “con” is the laptop overheating can sound like a jet engine if you run too much on it. The battery does seem slightly lower than I’d expect but it says that the battery is still fine and it’s lighting the screen Touch Bar and keyboard so that could be it as well. But for my purpose this will still do the job good for the price especially

I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

I’ve had the product for over 4 months, and it’s still in good condition. Excellent condition and I had no bug fixes, glitching, or anything out of the ordinary. Really happy with my purchase

It looks, feels and works just like new. A couple of dings on one of the edges but overall I am happy with the product. This was a great deal and good upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro.

My 1st Mac. Been using it for 2 weeks. Great machine. If you have cloud storage available this machine is great. Powerful and lasts forever! Very happy with the unit and the price.
