Will this sting if it gets in your eyes?

Yes. After a 15 minute jog, my forehead is sweaty and this goes straight into my eyes and stings. Disappointed, the only expectation I had for this product is that it wouldn't start sweating off and burning.

How much do you apply? And how many times do you reapply? Say I put it on in the morning, and don't go out until 3 hrs later, do I need to reapply before stepping out? Does the effectiveness of the sunscreen wear off after a certain length of time (after 2 hrs.)? or is it about the amount of sun exposure that the produ…

I would definitely read guidelines for SPF which I believe says reapply every couple of hours unless you are in the pool then reapply when you get out. I doubt many people use SPF as it is supposed to be used. If you are in the lower states; it's summer and you are going to be spending the day then definitely reapply. If not, then you may be okay.

Do all of these come with out a seal? If so why?

I checked at the store, and the ones at Rite Aid did not have a seal. They were Neutrogena tubes of sunscreen just not the same formula. RiteAid didn't have this Sport Face one.
