Cute Headband
These are adorable. The quality isn't great but for a costume they serve the purpose. You have to tie the headbands they are not elastic. The flowers look super cheap so be aware of that. Overall fine and fit an adult head. They were used for a hippie costume and worked in that function.

The materials are on the cheap side, but Im not complaining because the cost was cheap. I got for a specific occasion and I will definitely wear one! Very cute!
