My wife was prescribed this medication which we originally purchased from the eye doctor. They are not cheap but they work, no fish burps and Amazon's price is slightly lower with delivery. This is a good product which we will buy again.

A complete game changer for my dry eyes. My eyes were so bad it was affecting my mental health as every day I was suffering gritty burning watering eyes it was awful. Really helped prevent dry eyes. It also significantly increased my energy levels. Capsules are quite big if you have trouble swallowing such things. Also great to keep them in the freezer and take from there. Absolutely no awful taste or burbs.
