GoPenguin 26 Inch Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Medium Rolling Checked Suitcase PC Lightweight Black

I purchased the GoPenguin bag for short travel trips and staycations because of its sleek design. It's been a few weeks and I'm loving it so far! The build feels premium and has survived many bumps and terrain. The silent wheels really help keep a low profile on rugged surfaces. Dubai is full of sandy terrain, but the telescopic handle is not only smooth each time I pull it out but never gets crunchy like some of the other bags I own.While the bag has a small profile, I was really surprised with just how much space it has inside and how easy it is to compartmentalize my items. I was able to fit clothes, toiletries, gadgets and a lot more in their own spaces without things spilling around during movement. The zippers feel rigid and I don't feel like they will break after heavy use which isn't something I can say about all bags of this type.Overall, I'm really happy about my purchase and feel confident putting it through the ringer for years to come.PS - the packaging it comes with can also be turned into a cat box for all you feline enthusiasts out there. Something I did not expect!

I am travelling soon and I needed a carry on luggage that fit my airline guidelines. And then I found this GoPenguin luggage and I am absolutely loving it! It’s very light and sturdy and the wheels are so smooth! I love all the separate compartments which helps me organize my stuff perfectly. My favorite feature of the bag is it’s lock system. I don’t have to worry about buying a separate lock and key for my luggage anymore! Overall the bag is gorgeous and it’s totally worth the money! Really recommend :)

I saw this luggage on the Instagram and it looks very luxurious with great texture, but I still can't understand what makes this luggage worth $100+ , so I am like, sure, lets bite the bullet and give it a try. when I received this luggage, I Immediately noticed this carry on luggage looks bigger then the one I got from Samsonite.My first reaction was that the seller sent the wrong luggage or the seller misled me for buying the so call "carry on" luggage, because it's oversize!It's a very serious question, so right away I contacted the seller with my concerns. I must said they have really amazing customer service, I quickly got a reply, in the mail they explained to me the airline’s luggage specification restrictions, And showed me the photos they took when they tested this luggage on the international flight. In the last mail I got, their customer service assured me that if I am still not satisfied with the luggage, they will provide me a 100% return refund service whenever I want. What more can I ask!I can say that this luggage is indeed my favorite style so far, the quality looks very well made, and their customer service makes me appreciate the most. I will keep this carry on luggage, and I approve its 100+ value.

This suitcase is amazing. It's less than half of what you'd spend on a carry on suitcase by Away and it's better in my opinion. I'm really glad I stumbled across it here on amazon. The quality is awesome and one of the features I'm most happy with is how each side is divided and secured. It's not just little straps on one side. I'm really looking forward to having a proper carry on that I'm not worried about size wise. As a hairdresser I'll also be using this to transport all my tools and things around town for doing wedding hair. Thank you to GoPenguin for an amazing, quality product. Oh, and I really wish I had a cat because the fact that the box transforms into a cat playhouse is pretty genius.

This suitcase is very light weight and the wheels roll very smoothly. The zipper lock is also very easy to use. The dividers and clasps inside are sturdy and keeps my luggage secured to each side of the suitcase which I like. It's been a perfect carry-on suitcase for me!

So I really wanted to love this roller... but alas it's going back to the company.First the Good:Wheels are amazing, smooth and silent, having had experience with a variety of good brands, I can say this is by far the best wheels I have ever had, and every detail of the balance was designed with forethought and care.The polycarb material seems sturdy and definitely lighter than any roller I have had before, which is great, I hate when a bag adds a lot of weight to travel.Customer service is fast, personable and obviously vested in the product!The Bad,The Handle construction gets stuck when the bag is full. I am the first to admit that I over pack, I travel generally for long periods and tend to not check in because I hate having too many bags to carry around. When I packed this bag the handle wouldn't come out past first level, the second level would get stuck, and I had to introduce a fair amount of jiggling and violence to make it come out, I can imagine doing this in the isle of plane during disembarking and it wouldn't be the highlight of my trip... I contacted customer service and their engeneer suggested I try the bag empty and if that works pack less stuff, well since I dont travel with an empty bag as a rule, and the stuff I take is what I need with me on a trip so that's a no go. Also, my old Samsonite roller which is smaller and somehow holds a third more stuff doesnt get stuck because the handle housing is not so deep in the bag, and no matter how stuffed it is comes out smooth.Compression, the loose flap on one of the sides of the bag needs longer straps and the buckles need to be positioned better so it does have stuff coming out the sides and making the bag crooked, the flap could also be bigger for the purpose...There is no second zipper for compressing the bag once you close it, which makes this bag less roomy, and like I said for my trips its a big deal, i think considering how many people dont check in anymore by choice and for economic reasons this is something they need to remedy. my generic old Samsonite, while a bit heavier and with much crappier wheels while smaller in dimensions literally fits a third more than this bag....so overall whether this bag is for you or not really depends on how u pack and what kind of trips you take. I think for short trips and light packers, or people who check stuff in, this is a nice option with great wheels, THE WHEELS ARE REALLY GOOD, but if you need something that fits two weeks of clothing and three pairs of shoes, plus toiletries (and yes i can pack all that into a 22" carry on and do it 4-6 times a years) this boy is not going to do it.... I wish the company the best, and if they come up with a second version that can hold more things and better handle construction I will be glad to give them another chance, I LOVE THESE WHEELS!

I have taken this on two trips now and it has worked great as a carry on - no issues with size restrictions on WestJet or Air Canada. The shell seems durable however the highly matte finish show fingerprints and markings pretty easily (see photo). The wheels are super smooth and the interior lining seem to be well constructed. Overall it’s an extremely affordable, really attractive piece of luggage and I will likely buy the larger pieces to complete the set.

It is slim, but roomy. Material are durable. Love it.
