Does this have a sufficient source of magnisium?

Stop thinking and just get it if you are a soil grower. I use this all the way through with very little additional nutrients. It's got everything a plant needs besides water. I use an additional quarter dose of Neptune's Harvest every other feeding and that's it... probably don't even need that

Can seeds be planted directly in this soil or is it too "hot"?

Everything in Coast of Maine's soils is fully composted so there is no burning. Their Sprout Island Organic Seed Starter blend is great for starting seeds. Then transplant the seedlings directly into the Stonington blend.

How many times can you reuse this soils befor having to add a recharge to it?

I always "recharge" or add amendments back to my soil after every harvest... also I top dress every 2 weeks to keep ahead of things. A lot to factor here but basically... After every harvest you need to add something back that your plants took. "Build a soil" has great information on youtube.
