Schwarzkopf Simply Color Hair Color 9.0 Light Blonde, 1 Application - Permanent Hair Dye for Healthy Looking Hair without Ammonia or Silicone, Dermatologist Tested, No PPD & PTD

My hair is almost solid white but this covered it completely! It’s been three weeks now and it’s starting to fade but I feel safe using it again since it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals. 🤞

I hunted down a hairstylist who exclusively uses Schwarzkopf hair product in her salon. I have always loved the blonde highlights because of the lift level it provides, while doing minimal hair damage. The salon formulation for blondes is bright, and looks great. However......with the mandatory stay at home orders going on, I can’t see my stylist for a touch-up, and I got desperate for some root coverage. I did the regrowth, scalp cover as instructed, and let the whole thing process for 30 minutes. I gently sudsed it up, rinsed it with filtered water, and then shampooed it after. Let me tell you, I have to say this is the WORST ever I have purchased to use on gray regrowth. I did not mask, or hide a single gray hair. I am about 40% gray at the temples, and widows peak. I am extremely disappointed in this products performance. Is this because of no ammonia in it? Ugh. It looks just the same as it did before coloring it today. Zero cover. Awful result! Sorry!

So, I have hair that is a dark blonde color. This product did not give me light blonde hair, it gave me med brown hair. When mixing, it took a lot of shaking to get the product to mix together, so it seemed as though maybe it was old? I've never had product struggle to mix before. That being said, the smell is wonderful and the feel of my hair is great, it really moisturizes the hair, I just wish it gave me the light blonde I was expecting.

I have used Madison Reed for years. Shwartzkoph does a great job but it grows out very quickly. You only get 4 weeks of color. Madison Reed costs more but the color lasts7 weeks.

My color is very even but it did not lighten my hair at all. There is no bassinets which is good. I bought light blonde but my hair is still dark blonde.

Love this hair color, but the color was not light blonde. Dark ash blonde is what I ended up with after putting it in my hair. But this particular brand and type of color is top notch. No odor whatsoever, very gentle on hair.

I have used the original version of this for years, but they no longer make that color. This is the closest option which has been recommended by the company - but it is 100% garbage. I was initially concerned when I took the bottle out and the liquid was watery vs thick and creamy. I went ahead and dyed my roots like I have for the last year, and when I washed it out........ nothing. Literally no difference. I was shocked. I've never had NO CHANGE. I had to go to the grocery store and buy a different box dye which worked great the first time. I am super disappointed in this new formula. Please save your money and buy a different brand if they don't sell yours anymore. I bought the "Garnier Olia Permanent Hair Color" and it was really good. No smell at all, so I recommend that vs this one.

I've ordered this brand 6 times. I found a light blonde that's very close to my natural color so when it grows out it isn't really noticeable. Actually my hair dresser recommended this brand to me. I used OOOPS to strip the color out and my hair is now a bleach blonde and I can't stand it so I decided to order this again bc I can live with this color. My hair is soft after applying this color.

I liked that the product did not have any strong odours, and did not dry out my hair. It hides the grey hair, and provided a nice shine, but it did not lighten my hair. I have dark blonde hair, and this light blonde hair colour didn't change the colour of my hair. I left the product on for 35 minutes after applying. I wouldn't recommend it if you are expecting a colour change.
