As a woman of a certain age with severe asthma and the resulting leakage that comes with it. I was looking for a panty that gives me much more dignity than the adult diapers I had been regulated to using before discovering this option. These won't protect me from a torrential accident should I have a very severe asthma attack, but they aren't heavy, they look cute, they soak up dribbles (as long as I don't do anything I know will trigger a severe attack). They give me the dignity of comfort. They last forever as well. The only problem I have ever had with these panties is losing some of them. Please don't ask how I managed to do that. I will say that they are kind of useless against a heavy period or gushing urine. But, I use backups when that might be a problem. If you have light urine dribbles or a light menstruation, these will keep you dry and comfortable.

The negative reviews about crinkly noise are just dramatic, in my opinion. The only person who can hear that is you when you're overly paranoid about keeping your period discreet. Yes, the fabric is noisier than luxury silk cheekies, but any pants or shorts will completely muffle out that minuscule sound. I have a large butt, but these provided complete coverage. Yes, you will have visible panty lines, but I have yet to find any absorbent underwear on the market that is seamless, scalloped, or laser-cut. One set of these is enough to get me through my crimson week. I have depended on these for three cycles now and have had no issues with leaking before the day is through (but my flow is admittedly on the lighter side). These are WAY more secure than pads, which crumple, move, and stick to places where they shouldn't. I have a low, tilted cervix and have always struggled wearing internal options (tampons, cups, or discs) comfortably and without leakage. Thinx and competing underwear were just out of my price range. I took a chance on these, and they have improved my quality of life immensely! My only regret is that it took me until my late twenties to find my first worry-free period product! If you have a loved one who struggles with tampons, I think these would be a loving gift.

This period under does in fact work! And it works very well! Super absorbent, and durable. I’ve been using these along with some other period pantries for several months and have never had a leak with these. I will say that they can be a bit uncomfortable at times. They dig into my legs a little. I think if I got a size bigger, they would be a bit more comfortable. But other than that, I don’t really have much of a problem with them. I definitely recommend.

I'm post menopausal and have "light bladder leaks", and finally decided to try period panties instead of using panty liners. So far I'm really pleased with these, AND they don't look like granny panties! I bought one package and was so pleased that I decided to go big and bought two more! They really get the job done, they seem very well made and are quite reasonably priced for 6/package. It's also nice to have a choice of colors. I would say these are a low-cut brief style (I'm 5'3', and they are abt 2" below my navel). They're a lightweight cotton/spandex blend with flat, narrow elastic. The crotch is not thick, so they look/feel like regular panties. I haven't noticed any "crunchy' sound of the waterproof layer when wearing! My only minor negative comment is the cut of the rear legs/butt: when I first put them on, they feel a little weird in the "wedgie" zone, but after wearing them for an hour or two, they feel fine. They haven't been laundered yet; I expect they'll be fine and I'll hang to dry (I don't use my dryer much). Value for money: great Comfort: very good Material thickness: not too thick, not too thin!

Their snug and kinda not super breathable… they fit bit like just lacking in places, colors super cute, would of liked more strecth to them is all

If you have a teen girl you really need to get them this or for yourself

Do not buy these I have bought similar pair and the ones I bought previously had a very thick layer of protection. This one is very very thin and they run very very small. I usually wear a medium size spot on them and I bought an extra large and they are small.

I'm back for more, they are the most comfortable and best quality of the ones I've tried. First purchased 4 years ago and still look new.

After reading reviews, I decided to give these a try but when they arrived and I felt how paper thin they felt, I knew it would not work out for me. So I decided to return them. Material was nice and colors too. It would work better with a pad or tampon. Probably would be fine without anything extra if you have light periods. I had purchased these for overnight protection because I have a Neobladder, and needed protection against light leakage.
